Claims (11)
- Méthode pour appliquer un film plastique (18) autour d'un produit (16) à empaqueter, méthode suivant laquelle- le produit (16) à empaqueter est déplacé, dans le système de support d'emballage (20) de la machine d'emballage (10), jusqu'à une position à l'intérieur d'une gaine de film en plastique (18) de plastique rétractable et/ou étirable placée sur un châssis d'appui composé d'éléments d'appui (21) et ayant une circonférence supérieure à la circonférence du produit à empaqueter, ou de façon correspondante, la gaine de film en plastique est déplacée jusqu'à une position autour du produit à empaqueter,- après quoi le châssis d'appui composé d'éléments d'appui (21) est retiré hors de la gaine de film en plastique (18), ceci permettant à la gaine de film en plastique de se resserrer autour du produit (16) à empaqueter,- la gaine de film en plastique (18) est formée en roulant une bande de film d'emballage en plastique (15) rétractable et/ou étirable afin de former une gaine de film en plastique (18) autour du châssis d'appui composé d'éléments d'appui (21) et ayant une circonférence supérieure à la circonférence du produit (16) à empaqueter,- et que le châssis d'appui composé d'éléments d'appui (21) est retiré de l'intérieur de la gaine de film en plastique (18), de façon à permettre à la gaine de film en plastique de se resserrer autour du produit (16) à empaqueter,caractérisée en ce que- dans le système de support d'emballage (20) de la machine d'emballage (10), on forme au moins deux gaines liantes de film en plastique (18), dont la largeur est essentiellement inférieure à la longueur du produit (16) à empaqueter,- on lie ensemble le produit (16) à empaqueter ou le produit et au moins une pièce (17a, 17b) de façon à ce que les gaines liantes de film en plastique (18a, 18b) au total ne couvrent pas toute la longueur du produit (16) à empaqueter,- on forme les gaines liantes de film en plastique (18a, 18b) dans le système d'appui d'emballage (20) de la machine d'emballage (10) sur les éléments d'appui (21) à l'avance ou durant le transport du produit (16) à empaqueter vers le système d'appui d'emballage (20)"- on transfère le produit (16) à empaqueter et/ou la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) de façon à ce que la surface sur le produit où le bandage est à former, vienne à une position alignée avec la gaine liante de film en plastique (18), et- on permet aux gaines liantes de film en plastique (18a, 18b) de se resserrer autour du produit à empaqueter ou du produit et d'au moins une pièce (17a, 17b) de façon à ce que seulement une partie de la longueur du produit (16) à empaqueter reste sous la gaine liante de film en plastique.
- Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) est formée en enroulant plusieurs couches de bande de film d'emballage en plastique (15) les unes sur les autres et en coupant la bande.
- Méthode selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) est formée en enroulant trois couches de bande de film d'emballage en plastique (15) les unes sur les autres et en coupant la bande.
- Méthode selon selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) est formée en enroulant des couches de bande de film d'emballage en plastique (15) autour du châssis de support composé d'éléments d'appui (21), et en coupant et joignant la bande.
- Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce- que la bande de film d'emballage (15) est enroulée sur le châssis de support composé d'éléments d'appui (21), formant ainsi un tube de film en plastique (18b) sur le châssis de support,- qu'une gaine liante de film en plastique (18a) d'une longueur voulue est coupée dans le tube de film en plastique (18b),- que le produit (16) à empaqueter et/ou la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) sont déplacés/est déplacé sur le rail (11) de façon à ce que le produit à empaqueter reste à l'intérieur de la gaine de film en plastique (18a) coupée,- et que le châssis de support composé d'éléments d'appui (21) est retiré hors de la gaine de film en plastique (18a) et que la gaine liante de film en plastique est laissée se rétrécir et se resserrer autour du produit (16) à empaqueter de façon à ce que seulement une partie de la longueur du produit (16) à empaqueter reste sous la gaine liante de film en plastique.
- Méthode selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce- que la bande de film d'emballage (15) est enroulée sur le châssis de support composé d'éléments d'appui (21) de manière continue de façon qu'un tube de film en plastique (18b) dont la longueur augmente continuellement, se forme sur le châssis de support,- qu'une gaine liante de film en plastique (18a) d'une longueur voulue est coupée dans le tube de film en plastique (18b) pendant l'opération d'emballage,- que, pendant que l'opération d'emballage se poursuit, le produit (16) à empaqueter et/ou la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) sont déplacés/est déplacé sur le rail (11) de façon à ce que le produit à empaqueter reste à l'intérieur de la gaine de film en plastique (18a) coupée,- et que le châssis de support composé d'éléments d'appui (21) est retiré hors de la gaine liante de film en plastique (18a) et que la gaine liante de film en plastique est laissée se rétrécir et se resserrer autour du produit (16) à empaqueter de façon à ce que seulement une partie de la longueur du produit (16) à empaqueter reste sous la gaine liante de film en plastique.
- Dispositif (10) pour appliquer un film plastique (18) autour d'un produit (16) à empaqueter, ledit dispositif comportant un système de support d'emballage (20) d'une machine d'emballage (10) ayant- un châssis de support composé d'éléments d'appui (21) et ayant sur lui une gaine de film en plastique (18) de plastique rétractable et/ou étirable, ladite gaine ayant une circonférence supérieure à la circonférence du produit (16) à empaqueter,- des éléments de transfert (11, 22, 23) pour transférer le produit (16) à empaqueter et/ou la gaine de film en plastique (18) de façon à ce que le produit à empaqueter reste à l'intérieur de la gaine de film plastique,- des moyens (22, 23) pour retirer les éléments d'appui (21) hors de la gaine de film en plastique (18), permettant à la gaine de film en plastique de se resserrer autour du produit (16) à empaqueter,- un système d'emballage (12, 13) pour enrouler une bande de film en plastique rétractable et/ou étirable (15) d'une bobine de film (14) sur les éléments d'appui (21) de façon à ce que la bande de film d'emballage à enrouler forme, sur les éléments d'appui, une gaine de film en plastique (18) se resserrant sur le produit (16) à empaqueter,- des éléments de transfert (11, 22, 23) pour transférer le produit (16) à empaqueter et/ou la gaine de film en plastique (18) formée à partir de la bande de film d'emballage en plastique (15) de façon à ce que le produit à empaqueter reste à l'intérieur de la gaine de film en plastique,caractérisé en ce- que le système d'emballage (12, 13) est arrangé de façon à enrouler la bande de film en plastique rétractable et/ou étirable (15) pour former une gaine liante de film en plastique (18) afin de lier le produit (16) à empaqueter ou le produit et au moins une pièce (17a, 17b) ensemble, ladite machine d'emballage (10) comportant- des éléments (14) pour enrouler du film en plastique afin de former une gaine en plastique de façon à ce que la largeur de la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) soit essentiellement inférieure à la longueur du produit (16) à empaqueter de façon à ce que les gaines liantes de film en plastique (18a, 18b) au total ne couvrent pas toute la longueur du produit à empaqueter,- lesdits éléments pour former une gaine de film en plastique (18) comportant une bobine de film (14) ayant une bande de film en plastique (15), la largeur de la bande étant essentiellement inférieure à la longueur du produit à empaqueter, et des éléments pour enrouler des couches de bande de film plastique les unes sur les autres, ou- lesdits éléments pour former une gaine de film en plastique (18) comportant des éléments pour enrouler du tube de film en plastique (18b) et des éléments de coupe (26) pour couper le tube de film en plastique en une gaine de film (18a) d'une longueur appropriée,- des éléments de transfert (11, 22, 23), qui sont arrangés pour transférer le produit (16) à empaqueter vers le système de support d'emballage (20) pendant que la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) est enroulée, à l'avance durant le transport du produit dans le système de support d'emballage (20) de la machine d'emballage (10), sur les éléments d'appui (21), et- des éléments d'alignement pour aligner la gaine de film formée (18) par rapport à la position du produit de façon à ce que seulement une partie de la longueur du produit (16) à empaqueter reste sous la gaine liante de film en plastique dans le poste d'emballage (20).
- Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce- que les éléments d'appui (21) du dispositif (10), sur lesquels la bande de film d'emballage en plastique (15) peut être enroulée pour former une gaine liante de film en plastique (18), forment un châssis de support de préférence rectangulaire, dont la largeur et la hauteur sont supérieures à la largeur et à la hauteur du produit (16) à empaqueter,- et que chaque coin du châssis de support se composant d'éléments d'appui (21) est muni d'au moins un élément d'appui (21), qui peut être déplacé pour transférer la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) jusqu'à une position autour du produit (16) à empaqueter.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (10) a, dans les coins du châssis de support, des paires d'éléments d'appui (21a, 21b) qui peuvent être tournées ou déplacées loin les unes des autres pour faire passer la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) enroulée sur les éléments d'appui (21) jusqu'à une position autour du produit (16) à empaqueter.
- Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comporte- un système d'emballage (12, 13) et des éléments d'appui (21) pour enrouler une bande de film d'emballage en plastique (15) pour former un tube de film en plastique (18b) ayant une circonférence supérieure à la circonférence du produit (16) à empaqueter,- une coupeuse (26) pour couper et séparer la gaine liante de film en plastique (18) du tube de film en plastique (18b),- les éléments d'appui (21) du tube de film en plastique (18b) constituant également des éléments de transfert de la gaine de film en plastique (18), tels que des bandes sans fin ou des barres rotatives.
- Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce- que, dans le dispositif, le système d'emballage (12, 13) pour emballer la bande de film d'emballage en plastique (15) pour former un tube de film en plastique (18b) est un système fonctionnant de manière continue,- et que les éléments d'appui (21) du dispositif (10) se composent de deux parties telles que la première partie des éléments d'appui est une base sur laquelle l'enroulage de la bande de film d'emballage en plastique (15) est effectué, tandis que la seconde partie des éléments d'appui est une partie de transfert pour transférer la gaine de film en plastique (18) coupée par la coupeuse (26).
