Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de sachets d'emballage à bords scellés, selon lequel un tube de matière d'emballage est produit à partir d'une bande (60) de matière d'emballage. Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour fabriquer des sachets d'emballage (10) comprenant :
    - un poste de pliage (52) pour former des plis (44),
    - un poste de scellement (54) pour sceller les plis formés (44),
    - un poste d'entraînement de matière (58) et un poste de formage (56) pour former un tube de matière d'emballage,
    - le poste de pliage (52) et le poste de scellement (54) étant installés pour qu'avant de former le tube d'emballage, on forme les cordons de scellement (12, 76) sur la bande de matière d'emballage (26, 42, 60),
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il comporte au moins deux plaques de pliage (40 ; 68a ; 68b) voisines l'une de l'autre pour former les plis (44),
    la bande de matière d'emballage (26, 42, 60) est guidée contre la face inférieure de la première plaque de pliage (40, 68) et contre la face supérieure d'au moins une seconde plaque de pliage (40, 68b).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par
    un rouleau de sortie (70), entre le poste de pliage (52) et le poste de scellement (54).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le poste de formage (56) comporte un tube de formage (80) et un épaulement de formage (78).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé par
    une plaque de guidage sous le poste de formage (56).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le poste de scellement (54) est formé d'au moins une mâchoire de scellement (22, 74) chauffée et d'une mâchoire d'appui (24, 72).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la mâchoire d'appui (24, 72) est chauffée.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé par
    au moins une mâchoire de scellement (22, 74) à commande pneumatique.
