Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a shading system for a light band or a dome light, with two arranged on opposite sides of longitudinal struts, which are screwed to a support structure of a light band or a dome light.
  • a sunshade for skylights in which a provided with light openings stamped sheet metal is mounted like a pyramid on a light coupling.
  • individual triangular plates are mounted on each other via fasteners and fixed to a supporting structure of the dome light.
  • the assembly is relatively expensive, since a large number of individual parts must be attached.
  • the shape of the pyramid for elongated rooflights is poorly suited.
  • shading elements which are stretched arcuately over a light band.
  • These shading elements are formed of a fabric which is stretched on a frame which still has center struts for reinforcement see eg GB-A-2374095.
  • the production of the frame must be in each case to the size of the light band be adapted, which is relatively expensive and expensive.
  • the material made of tissue of the sunscreen must be set all around and then still does not reach a particularly high stability and is not accessible. Snow loads can also affect the stability of the fabric.
  • the fabric shown contaminates relatively quickly, which is aesthetically perceived as a disadvantage.
  • the shading system has two longitudinal struts arranged on opposite sides, between which a plate provided with light apertures is clamped and the plate is clamped to the longitudinal struts.
  • the shading system is constructed from a minimum number of components and easy to assemble.
  • the size of the plate provided as a sunshade can be varied within wide ranges, which is why this shading system is suitable for light strips, skylights and other light-penetrating components of different sizes. With the same fastening parts then different sized roof areas can be covered.
  • the plate is held at the edge each in a receptacle between a bar and a longitudinal strut. This makes it easy to compensate for tolerances, since the plate is held within the receptacle and it is not noticeable when the plate extends slightly further into the receptacle or only briefly into the receptacle.
  • the strip preferably extends approximately over the width of the longitudinal strut, since in this area then a gap for inserting the plate is formed.
  • the strip may for example be formed as an angle profile, the edge of the plate covered with a leg and partially covered with a second leg, the longitudinal strut. Thereby also results visually a closed appearance and a sharp edge edge of the plate is completely covered and offers no risk of injury.
  • one or more parallel to the longitudinal struts arranged center struts for supporting the plate are mounted between the lateral longitudinal struts.
  • the center struts serve to support the plate, so that even larger weight loads can be absorbed and the shading system simultaneously forms a standard approved fall-through protection.
  • the plate is placed on the or the center struts only loosely. Especially in strong sunlight, the plate expands and could cause tension in the plate and the supporting structure. If the plate is placed only loosely on the center struts, this can bulge upwards when strongly heated and stand out from the center struts, without the thermal stresses stress the material and must be dissipated to the support structure.
  • a screw connection can additionally be provided in one of the center struts.
  • the longitudinal struts and / or the center struts are formed as hollow profiles, on the one hand provide a sufficient distance between the dome or light band and the plate and on the other hand have only a low weight.
  • the longitudinal struts and / or the center struts preferably have an upwardly inclined end face and a voltage applied to a support wall wall of the longitudinal strut and / or the center strut is accessible from above.
  • the longitudinal strut and / or the center strut can be screwed in a simple manner, since the bottom side arranged wall of the hollow profile is accessible for screwing.
  • the end faces of the longitudinal struts and / or center struts can then be closed with a cover.
  • the longitudinal struts and / or the center struts are bolted to cross members of the supporting structure of the light band or the dome light.
  • Most light bands have at regular intervals cross struts, so that between the transparent viewing elements can be installed. These cross struts can then be used simultaneously for the shading system to ensure a secure support structure, even at large widths.
  • the plate In order to be able to use the shading system also as a fall-through protection and to give a hail protection, the plate consists of metal. Metal is also easy to clean and has a long life. Furthermore, the shading system forms a hard roof and has a multiple function, such as burglar resistance.
  • a shading system 1 is mounted on a light band 2, which is rectangular in plan view and can be mounted on a roof of a building.
  • the shading system 1 comprises arranged on opposite sides of the light band 2 longitudinal struts 3, which are formed as a hollow profile made of metal, for example aluminum.
  • the longitudinal struts 3 are bolted to a support structure 4 of the light strip 2. Between the two longitudinal struts 3 arranged at regular intervals center struts 8 are also fixed to the support structure 4.
  • the supporting structure 4 of the light strip 2 is mounted on an attachment 5 which is sealed to a building roof can be fixed.
  • a plate 6 is spanned in the light openings 11 are recessed.
  • the plate 6 consists of a metal sheet with a thickness between 1 and 5 mm, preferably about 2 mm and has light openings 11, which occupy a regular pattern.
  • the light openings 11 take in relation to the base surface of the plate 6 about an area of 20 to 70%, preferably 35 to 45%.
  • the plate 6 On the longitudinal struts 3, the plate 6 is held in a receptacle formed of a strip 7 and the underlying longitudinal strut 3, wherein the plate 6 is received in the intermediate space.
  • the strip 7 is L-shaped, wherein a leg of the L has approximately the width of the longitudinal strut 3 and the plate 6 defines by clamping and the second leg rests against the side surface of the longitudinal strut 3 and is screwed thereto.
  • the upper leg of the bar 7 is also screwed, the screw, the bar 7, the plate 6 and the longitudinal strut 3 passes through. Due to the width of the leg of the bar 7, the plate 6 can be held with a certain play in the recording between bar 7 and longitudinal strut 3, so because of a possible tolerance compensation, the assembly is simplified.
  • the attachment by means of screws 13 and 14 is shown schematically.
  • screws 15 are performed by a bottom wall of the formed as a hollow profile longitudinal strut 3 and cross strut 8, which are bolted to a transverse strut 12 of the support structure 4 of the light strip 2.
  • an end face 9 of the longitudinal strut 3 and center strut 8 is formed obliquely, so that the edge arranged screw 15 is accessible from above.
  • the front side 9 of the longitudinal struts 3 and center struts 8 can then be sealed by a cover.
  • the plate 6 rests on the center struts 8 only loosely and can therefore buckle with appropriate heating, so that no thermal stresses on the support structure 4 must be derived.
  • FIG. 5 a further embodiment is shown, in which the plate 6 instead of curved flat on two longitudinal struts 3 and a center strut 8 is mounted.
  • the longitudinal struts 3 and the center struts 8 can be mounted on a support structure 4 in the manner previously shown.
  • the plate 6 is mounted in a receptacle between the bar 7 and the longitudinal struts 3.
  • FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment in which the plate 6 is formed bent.
  • the plate 6 is otherwise fixed in the aforementioned manner via a strip-shaped bar 7 and screws 13 on longitudinal struts 3.
  • the diamond-shaped pattern of the light openings 11 in the plate 6 is shown in detail.
  • the light openings 11 are formed by a plurality of punched-out squares 61, between which webs 62 are arranged. As a result, only a part of the incident light can reach the underlying light band or dome light. Alternating to the light openings 11, continuous surfaces 60 of metal are provided.
  • FIG. 8 shows a modified embodiment of a shading system in which a seal 20 is mounted on a center bar 8.
  • the seal 20 is plate-shaped and covers the end edge of the center strut 8, wherein on the seal 20, a slot 21 is formed, in which the plate 6 is inserted.
  • the seal 20 loosely rests on a profile 23 so that liquid can flow off at the obliquely arranged seal 20.
  • the seal 20 performs the function of sound insulation and can provide for a certain compensation in a thermal expansion of the components.
  • the seal 20 can be stretched consistently between the support profiles.
  • the illustrated invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments.
  • the shape of the plate 6 can be freely selected both in width and in terms of the recesses 11.
  • the width of the plate 6 will be sized so that it can be unwound from a roll and must be separated only in the desired length.
  • angle profiles has the advantage that they facilitate assembly with simple production and in particular the longitudinal struts 3 and center struts 8 and 9 can be screwed laterally in a central region. Furthermore, the angles can be pre-assembled on the support structure or the longitudinal struts 3 or center struts 8 and 9.
