The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the turning bar (1; 2) is mounted by means of the second turning bar holding means (12) such that it can perform a superimposed pivoting movement about two mutually perpendicular axes (H, V) when the connection between the turning bar (1; 2) and the first turning bar holding means (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c) is released, wherein one (V) of the two axes (H, V) points vertically with respect to the plane of the web which is being fed into the device, and the other axis (H) points in or parallel to the plane of the web which is being fed in and transverse to the conveying direction of the web, in each case in relation to the position which the turning bar (1; 2) assumes as long as it is connected to both turning bar holding means (11a, 11b, 12; 11a, 11b, 11c, 12).
  19. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the first turning bar holding means (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c) comprises at least two first turning bar holders (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c), at least one of which is movably guided along the first guide (21) and coupled to the adjusting means (19, 20) such that it can be adjusted along the first guide (21) by means of the adjusting means (19, 20) and positioned for reversing the turning bar (1; 2).
  20. The device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the other of the at least two first turning bar holders (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c) is also guided along the first guide (21) and coupled to the adjusting means (19, 20) such that it can be adjusted and positioned along the first guide (21) by means of the adjusting means (19, 20).
  21. The device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the adjusting means (19, 20) couples the at least two first turning bar holders (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c) to each other such that they are jointly adjusted by means of the adjusting means (19, 20).
  22. The device according to any one of the preceding three claims, characterised in that the turning bar (1; 2) is detached from one of the at least two first turning bar holders (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c) during reversing and is connected to the positioned other one of the at least two first turning bar holders (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c).
  23. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the device comprises an additional turning bar (1; 2) which together with the at least one reversible turning bar (1; 2) forms a pair of turning bars (1; 2) for turning the web.
  24. The device according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the additional turning bar (1; 2) is a reversible turning bar (1; 2) in accordance with any one of the above claims.
  25. The device according to any one of the preceding two claims, characterised in that the device comprises a number of the pairs of turning bars (1; 2).
  26. A method for setting-up a device in accordance with any one of the above claims, wherein the following steps are performed in order to reverse the at least one reversible turning bar (1 ; 2):
    a) manually detaching the turning bar (1; 2) from the first turning bar holding means (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c);
    b) manually pivoting the turning bar (1; 2) which is detached from the first turning bar holding means (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c) and still connected to the second guide (22) via the second turning bar holding means (12);
    c) manually adjusting one (12) of the turning bar holding means along its guide (22);
    d) adjusting the other turning bar holding means (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c) into a new position by means of the adjusting means (19, 20);
    e) and manually connecting the turning bar (1; 2) to the first turning bar holding means (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c) when the turning bar holding means (11a, 11b; 11a, 11b, 11c) which is adjusted by means of the adjusting means (19, 20) assumes the new position.
  27. The method according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the turning bar (1; 2) is connected to both turning bar holding means (11a, 11b, 12; 11a, 11b, 11c, 12) during an offset movement which is performed for a parallel offset.
