Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour l'enroulement continu de bandes (11), de préférence de bandes en feuille de matériau synthétique thermoplastique, sur des arbres d'enroulement ou des manchons d'enroulement (9) en des rouleaux d'enroulement,
       avec des bras logeant l'arbre d'enroulement pourvu de préférence d'un dispositif d'entrainement, avec un rouleau d'application (38) applicable à l'arbre d'enroulement ou au manchon d'enroulement, avec un couteau de séparation (19) coupant la bande lors d'un changement de rouleau, et
       avec une installation entourant le début de la bande avec au moins une électrode de charge (12) pourvue d'une charge électrostatique pour l'enroulement du nouveau début de bande formé par la coupe de séparation sur l'arbre d'enroulement ou le manchon d'enroulement,
       où le couteau de séparation (19) et l'installation d'enroulement sont disposés dans la direction d'avance de la bande derrière l'arbre d'enroulement ou le manchon d'enroulement (9),
       caractérisé en ce que
       l'installation d'enroulement est reliée de telle sorte par des moyens d'engrenage au rouleau d'application déplaçable que l'écart de l'électrode de charge (12) à la bande, indépendamment du diamètre de l'arbre d'enroulement ou du manchon d'enroulement (9), reste constant.
  2.
