Description

Anwendungsgebietfield of use

The invention relates to a rudder for seagoing vessels, with the in the preamble of Claim 1 features mentioned.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

A rudder for seagoing vessels with the features of the preamble of the claim 1 is known from EP 0 811 552 A. This rudder is made from a main rudder and one at this hinged, by the Main rotor forcibly guided fin, with a Gleitkolbenanlenkung from a trained on the fin slide bearing for a rotary piston is provided, wherein also the articulation bolt as a in one Slide bearing trained piston is formed. Because of the articulation bolt designed as a formed in a plain bearing piston is, it should be possible, the wear of all the overall system forming To minimize parts and any edge pressure occurring inside the bearing and to join all parts together so that movements of the parts are possible with sufficient degrees of freedom.

A derivation of forces occurring in the hull is due this embodiment of Gleitschwenkkolbenanlenkung not possible so that no high wear reduction can be achieved.

By this structural configuration, the rudder or receives whose moving parts provide a substantial degree of freedom, which ensure that no bearing surface due to the effect heavily loaded edges is stressed more than necessary.

Furthermore, this embodiment allows movements by the Use of a hinge pin between the two housings Pistons are reached, allowing movements in an angular range ± 90 ° are possible, whereas the known systems by the predetermined angle of 90 ° are designed to be rigid, In a wall pressure on the oar and on the system Forces and bending moments are caused by the cylindrical Piston design and the movable Gleitschwenkkolbenanlenkung Canting balanced. The disadvantage, however, is that the system the Gleitschwenkkolbenanlenkung with the greatest possible degrees of freedom can only absorb forces related to the wear behavior the plain bearing of the articulation bolt or the Tilting pin and a bolt connecting the hinge pin tolerable are. Especially for ships with larger steering gear the larger forces acting on the system are so great that one Ship rudder construction according to the executed known solutions can only be used conditionally or not anymore.

FR-A-1 382 764 discloses a rudder for ships in which the Screw is at least partially enclosed in a tunnel, the acting as a nozzle, with the rudder blade of the rudder behind the screw is arranged, which is designed such that the positions of maximum Deflection of the rudder blade in the two directions by the Striking the leading edge of the rudder blade against the wall of the tunnel are limited. With such an arrangement of the rudder in ships, in which the screw is at least partially enclosed in a tunnel is, which acts as a nozzle and where the rudder blade of the rudder is arranged behind the screw, it should be achieved that the ships easier to maneuver, in particular for inland waterway vessels, which are grouped into ever larger associations and rigid connected to each other.

From DE 23 53 934 A is a Schiffsruderkonstruktion with an at least Partially jacketed screw with one on Known to the rear edge of the main rudder auxiliary rudder, the connected to an operating mechanism, the one in a guide bush includes sliding drive rod and in one to the axis approximately vertical plane around a fulcrum behind this is rotatably connected to the hull known. In this ship rudder design the guide bush is approximately horizontal and nearly horizontal arranged parallel to the rudder surface on the auxiliary rudder while the Driving rod rotatably mounted on an axis arranged behind the rudder axis is stored and has such a length that cooperation between the drive rod and the guide bush in a rudder deflection of 90 ° works. The guidance and storage of the single end on the hull mounted drive rod for controlling the fin takes place by means of the guide bush, the horizontally located in the upper part of the fin attached to this is and through which the drive rod is passed. As a plain bearing points the guide bush in its interior a slip pack on. The Driving rod is rotatable in a nearly horizontal plane at one Achsstutzen (linkage pin) stored, in a Achsstutzengehäuse engages and secured at its free end by a locking bolt is.

The ship's rudder construction according to EP 0 051 822 A consists of a Main rudder with a hinged and positively guided fin. The positively driven fin is with a plain bearing for the single-ended Hull articulated pivot pin formed. The main rudder and the positively driven fin, which is hinged to the main rotor, are equipped with a Sliding pumphoon bump out of a fin trained Slide bearing provided for a swivel piston. One with its cantilever End of a hull attached to the steering bolt is thus pivoted.

The known rudders have no additional counter bearing for the control piston on the hull, so that occurring forces and bending moments not sufficiently recorded.

It is an object of the present invention, the rudder with Gleitschwenkkolbenanlenkung to improve that occurring Forces and resulting bending moments were added and can also be directed into the hull, but still all Parts are so interconnected that movements with sufficient Degrees of freedom are preserved and thus the existing functionality is not restricted.

This problem is solved with a rudder for seagoing vessels according to the beginning mentioned type with the features mentioned in claim 1.

Thereafter, the embodiment of the invention is that for recording occurring forces and bending moments through the hull of the Vertical piston supported by an additional counter bearing on the hull is, on the opposite side of the vertical piston of the Hinge pin is arranged and a bearing sleeve with a socket in which a beyond the hinge pin reaching out end engages the vertical piston and a retaining ring on the vertical piston facing side of the anvil, which sets a motion forms for the vertical piston, wherein the bearing housing of the Vertical piston with a first horizontal traverse and the counter bearing with a second, parallel to the first horizontal traverse running Horizontal traverse is connected, with the two horizontal traverses with a vertical traverse are connected, which is supported on the hull.

The rudder according to the invention with its Gleitkolbenanlenkung offers the Advantage that the use of oars with Gleitschwenkkolbenanlenkung on larger ships, where the forces are greater than in the ships equipped so far, is possible.

The fact that for fixing the Gleitschwenkkolbenanlenkung on Hull of the vertical piston at least one abutment has on the plain bearing of the vertical articulation pin and the horizontal Tilting bolt and the bolt connecting hinge pin acting forces substantially minimized and the wear occurring reduced to a tolerable level.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the counter bearing with at least one horizontal traverse over a vertical traverse with the Hull connected, causing some of the forces in the hull is derivable and the desired stability and wear reduction of Gleitschwenkkolbenanlenkung is achievable.

Further preferred embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the in the subclaims mentioned features.

The counter-bearing 27 has a bush 21 and a bearing sleeve 22. The Bushing 21 represents a low-wear lining of the bearing sleeve 22. On the vertical piston 15 side facing the thrust bearing 27th the bushing 21 has a retaining ring 23 which serves as a securing of the bushing 21 serves.

On the vertical piston 15 side facing away from the thrust bearing 27 is arranged to secure the sleeve 21, a retaining ring 24, which also has a forms another stop for the vertical piston 15.

The bushing 21 is preferably like the previously described bushes 13 and 17 executed in bronze.

The anvil 27 is supported on a horizontal traverse 19. The horizontal traverse 19 is connected to a vertical traverse 26, located on the Hull supported. Additionally located in the area of the bearing housing 16 of the vertical piston 15 another horizontal traverse 18, the is attached to the bearing housing 16 with a flange 25. The horizontal traverse (Skegboden) 18 is also with the vertical traverse (Rudderkoker) 26 connected and thus supports the above the hinge pin fourteenth located part of the vertical piston 15 on the hull from.

This described construction ensures that the on the Gleitschwenkkolbenanlenkung 100 acting forces from the abutment 27th and are receivable from the flange 25 and over the horizontal traverse 18 and 19 in the vertical beam 26 and subsequently in the Hull are introduced.

An insert of the rudder 20 with Gleitschwenkkolbenanlenkung 100 for larger Ships is thus given in an advantageous manner.
