Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Gargerät mit einer Schnellaufheizeinheit nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Das Dokument

Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, eine gattungsgemäße Vorrichtung bereitzustellen, bei der eine vorteilhaft schnelle Aufheizung erreichbar und bei der zudem ein unerwünschtes Einbrennen von Speiseresten während des Schnellaufheizmodus zumindest weitgehend vermieden werden kann. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst, während vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung den Unteransprüchen entnommen werden können.
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Gargerät mit einer einen Garraum begrenzenden Muffel, zumindest einer oberen Heizeinheit, einer Heißluft-Heizeinheit und einer Schnellaufheizeinheit zur Einstellung eines Schnellaufheizmodus sowie mit einer Steuereinheit.
Es wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Steuereinheit ausschließlich im Betrieb mit der Heißluft-Heizeinheit den Schnellaufheizmodus einstellt und dabei die obere Heizeinheit zuschaltet.
Es wird dabei vermieden, daß die Unterhitze-Heizeinheit während des Schnellaufheizmodus aktiviert ist und daß Speisereste, die sich in der Regel im unteren Bereich der Muffel befinden, durch eine aktivierte Unterhitze-Heizeinheit und die aktivierte Heißluft-Heizeinheit während des Schnellaufheizmodus einbrennen. Ferner sind die oberen Heizeinheiten häufig innerhalb einer Muffel des Gargeräts angeordnet, so daß über die Heißluft-Heizeinheit die Wärme an der oberen Heizeinheit vorteilhaft abgeführt und im Garraum verteilt werden kann, wodurch ein hoher Wirkungsgrad und eine schnelle Aufheizung erreicht werden kann. Zudem kann eine einfache, kostengünstige Steuerung erreicht werden, insbesondere kann ein einfaches und kostengünstiges Relais ohne Wechsler für die Schnellaufheizeinheit verwendet werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung kann sowohl bei Gargeräten mit elektromechanischer als auch bei Gargeräten mit elektronischer Backofensteuerung eingesetzt werden.From the

Erfindungsgemäß kann über die Betätigungstaste 17 ausschließlich im Betrieb mit der Heißluft-Heizeinheit 14, d.h. in der Grundbetriebsart oder in einer Betriebsart zum Backen von Brot, bei der die Heißluft-Heizeinheit 14 mit einer hohen Leistung betrieben wird, sowie ausschließlich während einer Aufheizphase die Schnellaufheizeinheit 15 aktiviert und ein Schnellaufheizmodus eingestellt werden. Dabei wird über das Relais K4 der Schnellaufheizeinheit 15 die Oberhitze-Heizeinheit 12 zugeschaltet, so daß sich im Schnellaufheizmodus eine kumulierte Heizleistung von 3500 W ergibt. Ferner wird eine unterhalb der Betätigungstaste 17 angeordnete Signalleuchte 18 aktiviert, die die Betätigungstaste beleuchtet und einem Bediener den eingestellten Schnellaufheizmodus anzeigt. Grundsätzlich könnte die Steuereinheit 16 auch in der Weise ausgelegt werden, daß die Grill-Heizeinheit 13 allein oder wahlweise mit der Oberhitze-Heizeinheit 12 im Schnellaufheizmodus aktiviert ist.
Ist eine Solltemperatur erreicht, wird die Schnellaufheizeinheit 15 bzw. die im Schnellaufheizmodus zugeschaltete Oberhitze-Heizeinheit 12 über den Backofenregler 29 der Steuereinheit 16 abgeschaltet. Wird die eingestellte Backofentemperatur am Knebel 28 erhöht, kann wiederum die Schnellaufheizeinheit 15 über die Betätigungstaste 17 aktiviert werden.
