Claims (10)

  1. Cooking appliance with at least one heating unit (10), by way of which a cooking compartment (11) can be heated, and with at least one extractor fan (12), by which at least one characteristic (t) can be controlled to different characteristic values (t 1, t 2, t 3) by way of a control unit (13) as a function of a selected cooking operation mode, wherein the characteristic values (t 1, t 2, t 3) are stored in an electronic storage unit (14), characterised in that the characteristic values (t 1, t 2, t 3) comprise different switch-on time values (t 1, t 2, t 3) according to the start of the cooking operation mode selected and the selected cooking operation mode is selected from a group of cooking operation modes with different temperatures and with a different use of heating elements.
  2. Cooking appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the extractor fan (12) essentially switches on during the different cooking operation modes with the same quantity of vapour and is always operated with the same rotational speed (U).
  3. Cooking appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the extractor fan (12) essentially switches on during the different cooking operation modes with the same quantity of vapour and is operated with different rotational speeds over time.
  4. Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that characteristic curves (K 1, K 2, K 3) exist for the cooking operation modes for the respectively accumulating vapour (34) over time.
  5. Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the extractor fan (12) can be controlled by way of the control unit (13) also as a function of at least one value (fx ) acquired by way of a sensor (15).
  6. Cooking appliance according to claim 5, characterised in that the extractor fan (12) can be controlled by way of the control unit (13) as a function of an air humidity value (fx ) in the cooking compartment (11) acquired by an air humidity sensor (15).
  7. Cooking appliance according to one of claims 5 or 6, characterised in that the stored characteristic value (t 1, t 2, t 3) can be changed as a function of the value (fx ) acquired by way of the sensor (15).
  8. Cooking appliance according to claims 6 and 7, characterised in that the characteristic values (t 1, t 2, t 3) comprise additional rotational speed values of the extractor fan (12) and the rotational speed values can be corrected as a function of the acquired air humidity values (fx ).
  9. Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the control unit (13) is embodied at least partially in one piece with a control unit, by way of which the heating unit (10) can be controlled.
  10. Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the storage unit (14) is embodied at least partially in one piece with a storage unit, in which at least one cooking operation value is stored.
