Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackungsvorrichtung für zu transportierende Gegenstände umfassend mindestens ein flächiges Verpackungsteil, das mindestens einen zu transportierenden Gegenstand zumindest abschnittsweise umgeben kann. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine Eckeinheit für eine derartige Verpackungsvorrichtung, wobei die Eckeinheit das mindestens eine flächige Verpackungsteil zumindest teilweise an einer Ecke der Verpackungsvorrichtung umgeben kann.
  • Verpackungsvorrichtungen der vorgenannten Art sind aus dem Stand der Technik hinlänglich bekannt (z.B. Dokument US 2174661). Beispielsweise können dabei die Verpackungsteile aus Pappe bestehen und teilweise gefaltet sein, so dass ein Faltkarton entsteht. Derartige Verpackungsvorrichtungen können auch verstärkte Ecken oder Eckeinheiten der vorgenannten Art umfassen, die zum einen zum Schutz der Verpackungsvorrichtung während des Transportes dienen können und zum anderen separate flächige Verpackungsteile aneinander befestigen können.
  • Als nachteilig bei den Verpackungsvorrichtungen aus dem Stand der Technik erweist sich, dass bei großen sperrigen und/oder schweren zu transportierenden Gegenständen der Transport mit zusätzlichen Hilfsmitteln erfolgen muss. Beispielsweise müssen Rollwagen oder rollbare Paletten unter die Verpackungsvorrichtung mit dem darin befindlichen Gegenstand geschoben werden, um die Verpackungsvorrichtung mit dem zu transportierenden Gegenstand schieben zu können. Alternativ müsste eine Palette, auf der die Verpackungsvorrichtung liegt, mit einem Gabelstapler transportiert werden.
  • Das der vorliegenden Erfindung zugrunde liegende Problem ist die Schaffung einer Verpackungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, die einfacher transportierbar ist. Weiterhin soll eine Eckeinheit für eine derartige Verpackungsvorrichtung geschaffen werden.
  • Dies wird hinsichtlich der Verpackungsvorrichtung durch eine Verpackungsvorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 und hinsichtlich der Eckeinheit durch eine Eckeinheit mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 15 erreicht.
  • Gemäß Anspruch 1 ist vorgesehen, dass die Verpackungsvorrichtung weiterhin mindestens eine Rolle umfasst, die den Transport der Verpackungsvorrichtung erleichtern kann. Durch diese direkt an der Verpackungsvorrichtung vorgesehene Rolle müssen keine zusätzlichen Hilfsmittel wie rollende Untergestelle oder dergleichen verwendet werden, um die Verpackungsvorrichtung einfach transportieren zu können.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die mindestens eine Rolle drehbar gehaltert, insbesondere überragt die mindestens eine Rolle die Verpackungsvorrichtung zumindest an einer Seite zumindest in einem Transportzustand nach außen. Insbesondere könnte hierbei die Rolle aus einer verstauten Position in eine Transportposition herausklappbar sein. In dem vorgenannten Transportzustand ragt die mindestens eine Rolle derart nach außen, dass zumindest an einer Seite der Verpackungsvorrichtung die Rolle auf dem Boden aufstehen kann und nicht die übrigen Teile der Verpackungsvorrichtung. Dadurch kann durch Schieben der Verpackungsvorrichtung die Rolle in Drehbewegung versetzt werden, so dass das Schieben der Transportvorrichtung wesentlich erleichtert wird.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Verpackungsvorrichtung mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete Rollen aufweist. Im Gegensatz zu nur einer Rolle, bei der das Schieben der Verpackungsvorrichtung mit dem zusätzlichen Anheben der Verpackungsvorrichtung an einer Seite verbunden ist, kann die Verpackungsvorrichtung auf zwei voneinander beabstandeten Rollen aufstehen und geschoben werden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, dass die mindestens zwei Rollen an zwei unterschiedlichen Ecken der Verpackungsvorrichtung angeordnet sind. Es besteht aber erfindungsgemäß durchaus auch die Möglichkeit, dass die mindestens eine Rolle an einer Seite der Verpackungsvorrichtung angeordnet ist. Beispielsweise könnten über eine Unterseite der Verpackungsvorrichtung zwei oder mehr Rollen verteilt sein, so dass die Verpackungsvorrichtung mit diesen Rollen auf dem Boden aufstehen kann.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst die Verpackungsvorrichtung mindestens eine Eckeinheit, in die die mindestens eine Rolle integriert ist. Hierbei kann die Eckeinheit eine Ecke der Verpackungsvorrichtung zumindest abschnittsweise umgeben. Eine derartige Eckeinheit kann somit ähnlich wie die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Eckeinheiten die Ecken der Verpackungsvorrichtung bei dem Transport schützen, unter Umständen verschiedene Verpackungsteile zusammenhalten und gleichzeitig zur leichteren Verschiebbarkeit der Verpackungsvorrichtung aufgrund der Rolle beitragen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Eckeinheit aus einer ersten Hälfte und einer zweiten Hälfte besteht, die über Verschlusselemente miteinander verbindbar sind. Eine derartige Eckeinheit kann somit auch bei bereits von der Verpackungsvorrichtung umgebenem zu transportierendem Gegenstand nachträglich einfach an der Verpackungsvorrichtung angebracht werden, indem die beiden Hälften auf die entsprechenden Seiten der Ecke aufgebracht und miteinander verbunden werden.
  • Hierbei kann jede der Hälften der Eckeinheit eine Rolle aufweisen, die insbesondere auf einer gemeinsamen Achse drehbar gehaltert sind. Auf diese Weise kann der Kraftfluss der Gewichtskraft des zu transportierenden Gegenstands über eine jede der Hälften auf die entsprechend der Hälfte zugeordnete Rolle übergehen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, dass an mindestens einem der Verpackungsteile eine Halteleiste mit einer Ausnehmung angeordnet ist, die in die Eckeinheit hineinragt, wobei in der Eckeinheit ein Haltevorsprung angeordnet ist, der in die Ausnehmung eingreifen kann. Durch eine derartige Gestaltung von Verpackungsteil und Eckeinheit wird mit einfachen Mitteln eine feste mechanische Verbindung zwischen den Verpackungsteilen und den Eckeinheiten erreicht.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung weist die mindestens eine Eckeinheit einen äußeren Stapelvorsprung sowie eine auf ihrer gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordnete äußere Stapelausnehmung auf, die das Stapeln unterschiedlicher Verpackungsvorrichtungen erleichtern können. Die Eckeinheiten können somit zusätzlich auch noch zur Stapelbarkeit der Verpackungsvorrichtungen beitragen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß besteht die Möglichkeit, dass der zu transportierende Gegenstand eine Tischtennisplatte ist. Eine von einer Verpackungsvorrichtung umgebene Tischtennisplatte lässt sich ohne die erfindungsgemäßen Rollen der Verpackung nur sehr schwer von einem einzelnen Menschen transportieren. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausstattung der Verpackungsvorrichtung mit Rollen kann die von der Verpackungsvorrichtung umgebene Tischtennisplatte vergleichsweise leicht von einem einzelnen Menschen geschoben werden.
  • Wie aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, kann das mindestens eine flächige Verpackungsteil aus Pappe gefertigt und insbesondere zumindest teilweise gefaltet sein, so dass ein Faltkarton entsteht.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung werden deutlich anhand der nachfolgenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegenden Abbildungen. Darin zeigen

  • Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich ist, umfasst eine erfindungsgemäße Verpackungsvorrichtung flächige Verpackungsteile 1, die beispielsweise als Pappflächen oder dergleichen ausgebildet sind. Die flächigen Verpackungsteile 1 können die zu transportierenden Gegenstände insbesondere vollständig umschließen. Die flächigen Verpackungsteile können wie aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, gefaltete Verpackungskartons aus Pappe sein.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Verpackungsvorrichtung umfasst weiterhin Eckeinheiten 2, 3, die die insbesondere vier Ecken der in Fig. 1 quadratisch ausgebildeten Verpackungsvorrichtung umgreifen können. Die Eckeinheiten 2, 3 können dabei zum einen zur Befestigung separater flächiger Verpackungsteile 1 aneinander dienen und/oder zum Schutz der Verpackungsvorrichtung, insbesondere der Ecken der Verpackungsvorrichtung während des Transportes dienen. Die in Fig. 1 unten abgebildeten Eckeinheiten 3 weisen im Gegensatz zu den an der Oberseite der Verpackungsvorrichtung angeordneten Eckeinheiten 2 Rollen 4 auf, die in dem in Fig. 1 abgebildeten Zustand auf dem Boden 5 aufstehen können.
  • Die Eckeinheit 3 ist aus Fig. 2 bis Fig. 5 noch einmal deutlicher ersichtlich. Insbesondere Fig. 3 lässt sich entnehmen, dass die Eckeinheit 3 eine beinahe würfelähnliche Form aufweist. Dabei lässt sich Fig. 3 und auch Fig. 5 deutlich entnehmen, dass die Eckeinheit 3 eine erste Hälfte 6 und eine zweite Hälfte 7 aufweist, die über Verschlusselemente 8, 9 miteinander verbindbar sind.
  • Die Eckeinheit 3 ist innen teilweise hohl, so dass sie den Eckbereich der Verpackungsvorrichtung bzw. der flächigen Verpackungsteile 1 umgreifen kann. Aus Fig. 2 ist ersichtlich, dass an mindestens einem der Verpackungsteile 1 eine Halteleiste 10 angebracht ist, die in die Eckeinheit 3 hineinragt. Die Halteleiste 10 weist eine Ausnehmung 11 auf, die von einem Haltevorsprung 12 der Eckeinheit 3 hintergriffen werden kann. Durch das Zusammenwirken der Halteleiste 10 und der Haltevorsprünge 12 können die Eckeinheiten 3 sicher an den Verpackungsteilen 1 angebracht werden.
  • Fig. 3 ist weiterhin entnehmbar, dass jede der Hälften 6, 7 der Eckeinheit 3 eine Rolle 4 aufweist, die auf einer gemeinsamen Achse 13 (siehe Fig. 5) drehbar gehaltert sind. Die Rollen 4 sind dabei insbesondere in dem sich von den flächigen Verpackungsteilen 1 weg erstreckenden äußersten Eckbereich der Eckeinheit 3 angeordnet.
  • Aus Fig. 3 und Fig. 5 ist weiterhin ersichtlich, dass die erste Hälfte 6 der Eckeinheit 3 einen im wesentlichen parallel zu der Achse 13 nach außen wegragenden Stapelvorsprung 14 aufweist. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite weist die zweite Hälfte 7 der Eckeinheit 3 eine ebenfalls sich parallel zu der Achse 13 in das Innere der zweiten Hälfte 7 hineinerstreckende äußere Stapelausnehmung 15 auf. Der Stapelvorsprung 14 und die Stapelausnehmung 15 sind dabei derart angeordnet und geformt, dass Stapelvorsprünge 14 und Stapelausnehmungen 15 unterschiedlicher Verpackungsvorrichtungen ineinander greifen können, so dass die Stapelvorsprünge 14 und die Stapelausnehmungen 15 das Stapeln der Verpackungsvorrichtungen ermöglichen bzw. erleichtern.
  • Erfindungsgemäß besteht durchaus die Möglichkeit, die Rollen 4 nicht an Eckeinheiten 3 sondern beispielsweise an der Unterseite der Verpackungsvorrichtung mittig oder verteilt über die Unterseite anzubringen. Bei der Unterseite kann es sich sowohl um eine Schmalseite als auch um eine Längsseite handeln.

Claims (13)

  1. Verpackungsvorrichtung für zu transportierende Gegenstände umfassend
    - mindestens ein flächiges Verpackungsteil (1), das mindestens einen zu transportierenden Gegenstand zumindest abschnittsweise umgeben kann;
    - mindestens eine Rolle (4), die den Transport der Verpackungsvorrichtung erleichtern kann;
    - mindestens eine Ecke der Verpackungsvorrichtung zumindest abschnitsweise umgebende Eckeinheit (3), in die die mindestens eine Rolle (4) integriert ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Eckeinheit (3) aus einer ersten Hälfte (6) und einer zweiten Hälfte (7) besteht, die miteinander verbindbar sind.
  2. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Rolle (4) drehbar gehaltert ist.
  3. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Rolle (4) die Verpackungsvorrichtung zumindest an einer Seite zumindest in einem Transportzustand nach außen überragt.
  4. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackungsvorrichtung mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete Rollen (4) aufweist.
  5. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Rollen (4) an zwei unterschiedlichen Ecken der Verpackungsvorrichtung angeordnet sind.
  6. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Rolle (4) an einer Seite der Verpackungsvorrichtung angeordnet ist.
  7. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hälften (6, 7) der Eckeinheit (3) über Verschlusselemente (8, 9) miteinander verbindbar sind.
  8. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Hälften (6, 7) der Eckeinheit (3) eine Rolle (4) aufweist, die insbesondere auf einer gemeinsamen Achse (13) drehbar gehaltert sind.
  9. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an mindestens einem der Verpackungsteile (1) eine Halteleiste (10) mit einer Ausnehmung (11) angeordnet ist, die in die Eckeinheit (3) hineinragt, wobei in der Eckeinheit (3) ein Haltevorsprung (12) angeordnet ist, der in die Ausnehmung (11) eingreifen kann.
  10. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Eckeinheit (3) einen äußeren Stapelvorsprung (14) sowie eine auf ihrer gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordnete äußere Stapelausnehmung (15) aufweist, die das Stapeln unterschiedlicher Verpackungsvorrichtungen erleichtern können.
  11. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zu transportierende Gegenstand eine Tischtennisplatte ist.
  12. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine flächige Verpackungsteil aus Pappe gefertigt ist und insbesondere zumindest teilweise gefaltet ist, so dass ein Faltkarton entsteht.
  13. Eckeinheit für eine Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die Eckeinheit das mindestens eine flächige Verpackungsteil (1) zumindest teilweise an einer Ecke der Verpackungsvorrichtung umgeben kann, gekennzeichnet durch die die Eckeinheit (3) betreffenden Merkmale eines oder mehrerer der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
