Description

The invention relates to a sliding door system according to the preamble of the claim 1.

From DE 100 55 214 C1, which represents the generic state of the art, is a smoke protection cover designed as a sliding door or gate at least one guided horizontally displaceably in a guide device Sliding sash and at least one fixed field known. The sliding sash has a vertical main closing edge, a vertical secondary closing edge and two horizontal secondary closing edges extending along the guide device on. A sealing device is used to seal the closing edges provided, which is along the main closing edge and along at least has a secondary closing edge extending seals. The profiles of the seals, each with contact strips opposite the other areas have greater hardness, lie directly on the floor covering or directly against one another on.

A disadvantage of the arrangement shown is that it is in the horizontal secondary closing edges due to the direct relative movement of the seal the floor covering or the seals against each other to a high friction comes. This leads to a disturbing noise when moving the Sliding sash and for wear of the seals or with the seals corresponding contact areas.

The invention has for its object to provide a sliding door system, which is a wear and low-noise sealing device at the same time has good sealing properties.

The object is achieved by the features of patent claim 1.

The fact that the contact surface has a lower coefficient of friction than that Material carrying contact surface, occurs only when the sliding sash is moved low friction due to the seal, so that both the noise and wear is very low.

The contact surfaces corresponding to the seals can be made of Teflon be trained. Teflon cooperates with the sealing material, e.g. Silicone, a very favorable friction behavior. They are suitable for the contact surfaces in principle also other materials with properties similar to Teflon, i.e. low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance.

The contact surfaces can be in the area corresponding to the seal adhesive contact films can be formed. With such a contact foil Existing sliding door systems can also be retrofitted to their To reduce wear in the area of the seals and their noise emissions to optimize.

Alternatively, the contact surfaces in the corresponding with the seal Area as e.g. contact inserts formed in the profiles located there his. The use of these contact inserts is particularly advantageous there where there is a risk of damage to a film, e.g. in the field of Floor guide rail.

In an alternative embodiment, the material forming the contact surface can be evaporated onto the supporting material.

It is essential with all design options of the contact surface that Material has a lower coefficient of friction than that bearing the contact surface or absorbing material.

The problem of friction is not a problem with the seals on the main closing edge so relevant. Instead, however, there is the problem of being reliable Sealing of the main closing edge must also be ensured if the sliding sash, e.g. due to a mechanical defect or not optimal adjustment of the sliding sash, are not completely closed or stand slightly at an angle to each other. The on the main closing edges of the sliding sash arranged seals each have several projections and recesses on, with the protrusions of one seal in the recesses of the other Engage the seal. The projections of the seals are on their flanks with constrictions. When closing the sliding sash come first - with slight compression of the projections - the bulges of the one seal with the bulges of the other seal in plant. Even though the sliding sashes are not yet fully closed, is already one Sealing of the main closing edge guaranteed. After the full closure the sliding sash are finally the bulges of some Seal with the constrictions of the other seal in the plant, and now even the seals are flexibly locked together.

Also for sliding door systems with a single sliding leaf or several in sliding sashes moving in the same direction is the one described above, main closing edge seal applicable. One seal is located then at the main closing edge of the sliding leaf while the other seal is arranged on the region of the fixed field facing the main closing edge.

Are all the closing edges of the sliding leaf with those described above horizontal and vertical seals, this is suitable for Use as a smoke protection cover. The low-wear horizontal seals also guarantee a secure seal of the smoke protection cover after many movement cycles of the sliding sash. The design of the vertical Seals ensures that the smoke protection cover is sealed securely is guaranteed even if the sliding sash is not completely closed are or are not optimally adjusted.

Figure 1 shows a front view of a sliding door system 1. The sliding door system 1, that in a post-and-beam construction from vertical posts 7 and a horizontal one Bolt 6 is installed, has two horizontally linearly movable sliding sashes 2 and two fixed fields 3, whereby the fixed fields 3 each laterally through two posts 7 and above are limited by a bolt 6. A drive device 5 is located on the upper limit of the passage area Bars 6. Above this bar 6, several skylights 4 are arranged. The vertical edges butting against each other when the sliding door system 1 is closed the sliding leaf 2 form the main closing edge 8. The likewise when closed Sliding door system 1 are in the area of the passage area Post the 7 vertical edges of the sliding sash 2 the secondary closing edges 9.

The sliding door system 1 is a smoke protection cover, i.e. the sliding door system 1 must be designed so that when the sliding sashes are closed 2 a passage of smoke through the sliding door system 1 is prevented. For this purpose, seals are in the area of the main closing edge 8, in the area of the Secondary closing edges 9 and in the areas of the upper horizontal edges the sliding sash 2 is required, the latter in particular the displaceability the sliding sash 2 must not hinder.

FIG. 2 shows a section of the areas of the vertical main closing edges 8 (detail A) and secondary closing edges 9 (detail B). Details A and B are shown enlarged in FIGS. 3 and 6, respectively.

In Figure 3 , the secondary closing edge of the closed sliding leaf 2 is shown.
