Description
Claims (11)
- Zentrifugalabscheider zur Abscheidung von Öl aus einem Gasstrom, insbesondere bei der Entlüftung des Kurbelgehäuses einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem Gehäuse (2), in dem Strömungsleitvorrichtungen angeordnet sind, die mit einer Antriebswelle (3) verbunden sind, wobei in das Gehäuse ein Gaseinlaß (5) mündet und aus dem Gehäuse (2) ein Gasauslaß (6) sowie ein Ölauslaß (7) führt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) drehfest gehalten und in dem Gehäuse (2) ein Laufrad (14) mit eine Zentrifugalströmung bewirkenden Schaufeln (11) um die Längsachse (4) der Antriebswelle (3) rotierend angeordnet ist. - Zentrifugalabscheider nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gaseinlaß (5) am Umfang der Antriebswelle (3) zwischen Gehäuse (2) und Antriebswelle (3) angeordnet ist und die Antriebswelle vollständig umgibt. - Zentrifugalabscheider nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gaseinlaß (5) und der Gasauslaß (6) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten (9, 10) einer sich senkrecht zur Längsachse (4) der Antriebswelle (3) erstreckenden Trennwand (8) angeordnet sind, wobei auf der dem Gaseinlaß (5) zugewandten Seite (9) der Trennwand (8) Schaufeln (11) angeordnet sind. - Zentrifugalabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich in Richtung der Längsachse (4) der Antriebswelle (3) erstreckende Breite (b) des Gehäuses (2) in einem Bereich zwischen Gaseinlaß (5) und dem Außenumfang (13) der Schaufeln (11) radial nach außen abnimmt. - Zentrifugalabscheider nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (8) sich von der Antriebswelle (3) radial nach außen bis zum Außenumfang (13) der Schaufeln (11) erstreckt. - Zentrifugalabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Gasauslaß (6) zugewandten Seite (10) der Trennwand eine Zentripetalströmung erzeugende Schaufeln (12) angeordnet sind. - Zentrifugalabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswelle (3) die Nockenwelle oder die Ausgleichswelle einer Brennkraftmaschine ist. - Zentrifugalabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) am Zylinderkopf einer Brennkraftmaschine angeformt ist. - Zentrifugalabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswelle (3) im Gehäuse (2) in axialem Abstand (a) vor einer Gehäusewand (15) endet. - Zentrifugalabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gasauslaß (6) gegenüber den dem Gasauslaß (6) zugewandten Schaufeln (12) radial nach innen versetzt ist. - Zentrifugalabscheider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ölauslaß (7) am Umfang (16) des Gehäuses (2) angeordnet ist.
