- la figure 1 est un schéma synoptique illustrant la structure générale d'un dispositif de pilotage d'injecteurs conventionnel ;
- la figure 2 illustre la structure générale d'un circuit d'excitation des injecteurs selon l'état de la technique ;
- les figures 3a à 3d sont des chronogrammes illustrant la variation en fonction du temps de signaux de sélection des injecteurs délivrés par le calculateur d'injections du dispositif de la figure 1 ;
- les figures 4a à 4d sont des chronogrammes illustrant la variation en fonction du temps des signaux d'excitation de chacun des injecteurs ;
- la figure 5 illustre un premier exemple de réalisation d'un dispositif de pilotage d'injecteurs conforme à l'invention ;
- les figures 6a et 6b sont des courbes montrant la variation en fonction du temps du courant et de la tension d'excitation appliqués à un injecteur dans lequel apparaít un court-circuit ;
- la figure 7 illustre un autre exemple de réalisation d'un dispositif de pilotage conforme à l'invention ;
- les figures 8a et 8b montrent des courbes illustrant respectivement la variation en fonction du temps du courant et de la tension d'excitation appliquée à un injecteur dans lequel le défaut est un circuit ouvert ; et

Claims (10)
- Dispositif de pilotage d'injecteurs de carburant résonnants de véhicule automobile, comprenant un circuit (12) d'excitation des injecteurs auquel sont connectées des cellules (C1, C2, C3, C4) piézo-électriques équipant les injecteurs et comportant des moyens (I0, I1, I2, I4) d'élaboration d'une tension périodique d'excitation des injecteurs et des moyens (I3, I4, I5, I6, I4) de sélection des cellules piézo-électriques à exciter, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de mesure (R1, R2 ; R'1, R42 ; R''1, R"2) de grandeurs électriques présentes sur le circuit d'excitation et des moyens de détection (14) de dysfonctionnements des injecteurs par analyse des grandeurs électriques mesurées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection de dysfonctionnements comportent des moyens de détection (A) de chutes de tension aux bornes des injecteurs.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection comportent des moyens de comparaison (A) de la tension aux bornes de chaque injecteur avec une première valeur de seuil (VREF1) de détection d'un court-circuit aux bornes de l'injecteur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection de dysfonctionnements comportent des moyens de détection (A') d'élévations de tension aux bornes des injecteurs.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection comportent des moyens de comparaison (A') de la tension aux bornes d'un injecteur sélectionné avec une deuxième valeur de seuil (VREF2) de détection d'un circuit ouvert dans le circuit d'excitation.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre des moyens d'écrêtage (Z) de la tension aux bornes des cellules piézo-électriques.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'écrêtage comportent une diode Zener.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le circuit d'excitation comporte une source de tension continue (10), des moyens formant interrupteur de découpage (I1, I2) pilotés à l'ouverture et à la fermeture par un signal périodique de commande d'excitation délivré par un calculateur d'injection (14) apte à réguler une tension d'alimentation des cellules piézo-électriques autour d'une valeur de consigne, les moyens formant interrupteurs alimentant les cellules piézo-électriques.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection comportent des moyens de comparaison (A") d'une tension représentative de la tension d'excitation des injecteurs avec au moins une tension de seuil (VREF3, VRFE4) de détection de défaut de régulation.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection de dysfonctionnements sont adaptés pour assurer une détection d'un injecteur défectueux à partir d'une identification des cellules piézo-électriques sélectionnées.
