Description
Claims (10)
- Schwingungstilger für ein Werkzeug (1) wie beispielsweise einen Bohrhammer, einen Meißelhammer oder dgl., der mindestens einen Massekörper (10) umfaßt, der in mindestens einer Richtung (12) beweglich und in dieser Bewegungsrichtung (12) gefedert angeordnet ist.
- Schwingungstilger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwingungstilger ein Gehäuse (9) umfaßt, das an einem Werkzeug (1) fixierbar ist und der Massekörper (10) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (9) gefedert angeordnet ist. - Schwingungstilger nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwingungstilger (8) eine Einrichtung zur Fixierung am Gehäuse (2) eines Werkzeugs (1) aufweist. - Schwingungstilger nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (9) des Schwingungstilgers (8) formschlüssig an dem Werkzeug (1) fixierbar ist. - Schwingungstilger nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (9) des Schwingungstilgers (8) kraftschlüssig an dem Werkzeug (1) fixierbar ist. - Schwingungstilger nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwingungstilger (8) in einer Lage an dem Werkzeug (1) fixierbar ist, in der die Bewegungsrichtung (12) eines Massekörpers (10) parallel zur Längsachse (14) eines in dem Werkzeug (1) angeordneten Werkzeugeinsatzes (13) liegt. - Schwingungstilger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Massekörper (10) in zwei oder drei Bewegungsrichtungen beweglich und gegenüber dem Gehäuse (9) gefedert gelagert ist. - Schwingungstilger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei oder drei Massekörper in unterschiedlichen Bewegungsrichtungen beweglich gelagert sind. - Schwingungstilger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federung des Massekörpers (10) in jeder Bewegungsrichtung (12) des Massekörpers (10) auf die Schwingungen des Werkzeugs (1) in dieser Richtung abgestimmt ist. - Schwingungstilger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Massekörper (10) aus Hartmetall ist.
