Claims (15)

  1. Carde avec un tambour (2) présentant une garniture tout en acier, et avec un appareil à chapeau marchant pourvu de tiges de chapeau (23) présentant une garniture (6), la garniture de chapeau présentant des crochets (8), ces crochets (8) présentant une dépouille suivant un angle (α) inférieur à 5 degrés, et une surface dépouillée (13) présentant une longueur qui correspond au moins à 0,5 fois la dimension maximale, en coupe transversale, des crochets, caractérisée en ce que la surface dépouillée (13) présente un rapport longueur/largeur supérieur à 3,5.
  2. Carde selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une surface dépouillée (13) formée grâce à une dépouille a une forme plane, c'est-à-dire que l'angle de dépouille (α) est de 0 degré.

  7. Carde (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que deux crochets (8) sont formés à chaque fois à partir d'un morceau de fil plié en U.
