Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a threshold for the support of railway rails according to the preamble of
Railroad tracks are today usually mounted on standardized concrete sleepers, into which threaded bolts in the area of the rail support points are cast. The rails lie directly on the concrete surface of the threshold top and are fastened by means of clamping elements between the rail and the threaded bolt on the concrete sleeper. Such concrete sleepers are prefabricated as standard and consist of a prestressed iron reinforcement, which is cast in a concrete body. As a result, very torsionally rigid and durable standard thresholds can be produced, which have proven themselves in track construction for both new lines and repair measures. However, such standard concrete sleepers are not usable when measuring or other special equipment to be provided in the rail travel, by which the height is affected or other mounting options are necessary. In these cases, special thresholds or frames made of steel components with a foundation are usually provided.
Such a threshold for receiving a Meßsignalvorrichtung under the rail is previously known from EP 0468397 A1, which is also provided as a concrete sleeper and can be used in the transducer for detecting the forces acting on the rails vertical forces. For this cup-shaped or rectangular recesses are provided within the concrete sleeper, in which the transducers flush with the threshold top can be admitted. However, such recesses affect the transverse and longitudinal stability of the concrete sleepers such that they are not suitable for higher speeds overpass or a corresponding foundation would have to be provided.
Concrete sleepers are known from documents US Pat. No. 1,361,532, US Pat. No. 4,494,695 and US Pat. No. 3,863,329, which contain connection plates for fastening the rails. The concrete sleepers are obviously designed as conventional track sleepers or turnout sleepers that contain uniformly distributed reinforcing bars to achieve stability in the concrete. The mounting plates are cast flush on the top of the concrete sleeper in the rail support in the threshold top or secured by anchoring elements. For clamping the rails on the mounting plates are provided in these bolt or threaded holes with which the rail is clamped on the mounting plate. However, these connection plates are provided only for clamping the rail foot.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a standardized concrete sleeper, which is suitable for attachment of different measuring or special devices.
This object is achieved by the invention specified in
The invention has the advantage that attachment of measuring sensors, switching devices or other special equipment is possible by the anchored connection plate in the region of the rail support, without affecting the strength of the concrete sleeper would be affected. It stands the transducers or special equipment a highly accurate flat support surface available to which advantageously provided by the provided fasteners a universal mounting option.
According to the invention, the terminal plates are lowered relative to the remaining upper surface of the threshold, so that advantageously the device can be mounted directly under the rails, without the track position increased or the threshold would have to be further sunk into the ballast bed. Due to the flat connection plate for leveling advantageously even compensating plates are attached, so that a special height of the special devices is not necessary, even be provided compensation plates can, after which the threshold can be used without special devices.
Because of the simple cost-effective production of the inventive concrete sleeper with the standard external dimensions such thresholds are also advantageous over longer distances to the use of special devices for rail monitoring, environmental protection or Meßsignalerfassung. Here, advantageously, a simple retrofitting of the track distance possible because the standardized concrete sleepers would have to be replaced because of the same external dimensions only against existing thresholds.
- Fig. 1:
- Fig. 2:
- Fig. 1:

In Fig. 1 of the drawing, the left part of a mirror-image concrete sleeper half is shown in side view, in which a lowered
In such devices for Meßsignalerfassung preferably a switch threshold is used, which is a higher Has support surface and a higher weight, and thus torsion resistant and vibration damping acts. Such a turnout threshold usually has a length of 2,600 mm, a height of 220 mm and a width of 300 mm, and a weight of about 390 kg. This concrete sleeper has in the storage area of the rails on each side of the rail a
The
The
The
To compensate for height compensation elements can also be provided on the
The threshold additionally has a further
In Fig. 2 of the drawing, a sectional image in the transverse plane AA of the
In the longitudinal direction of the threshold uniformly distributed
