- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wertpapiers, das mindestens ein Sicherheitselement aufweist, und mindestens eine Seite des Wertpapiers mit einer Schutzschicht versehen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf das Wertpapier eine Schutzschicht aufgebracht wird, die eine matte Oberfläche aufweist oder ausbildet und beim Aufbringen der Bereich des Sicherheitselements bzw. der für das Sicherheitselement vorgesehene Bereich ausgespart wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht beidseitig auf das Wertpapier aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine transparente und farblose Schutzschicht aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem ausgesparten bzw. auszusparenden Bereich als Schutzschicht für das Sicherheitselement ein Glanzlack aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Glanzlack ein Öldrucklack aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als matte Schutzschicht ein Mattlack aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht in einer Menge von 2 bis 15 g/m2 aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht mit dem Flexodruck- oder Siebdruckverfahren aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht mit dem Flexodruckverfahren in einer Menge von 2 bis 8 g/m2 aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht mit dem Siebdruckverfahren in einer Menge von 5 bis 15 g/m2 aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lackierung an einem Wertpapierbogen durchgeführt wird, der eine Vielzahl von Einzelnutzen umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Schutzschicht ein wasserbasierender Dispersionslack aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Schutzschicht ein strahlungshärtender Lack aufgebracht und durch Strahlung gehärtet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mattlack ein wässriger Dispersionslack aufgebracht wird und im Bereich des Sicherheitselements als Glanzlack ein strahlungshärtender Lack aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Schutzschicht eine Kunststofffolie aufkaschiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststofffolie Aussparungen in der Form von Löchern aufweist, die beim Aufkaschieren passergenau zu den Sicherheitselementen bzw. den für die Sicherheitelementen vorgesehenen Bereichen positioniert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststofffolie in kontinuierlichen Streifen aufkaschiert wird und zwei benachbarte Streifen einen Abstand aufweisen, der die Aussparung für ein vorzugsweise kontinuierliches Sicherheitselement bildet.
