Abstract

Eine Anordnung zur Verbindung von dünnwandigen Metallstrukturen mit mindestens zwei Metallblechen (2,3) weist einen überlappenden Bereich (4) auf, der zwischen den Blechen (2,3) eine Kontaktfläche bildet. Im überlappenden Bereich (4) ist mindestens eine Nietreihe (6) vorgesehen, die einer zyklischen Zugbeanspruchung ausgesetzt ist. Insbesondere für die im Flugzeugbau gewichtsoptimierten dünnwandigen Strukturen besteht das Problem, dass wegen dem Versatz der überlappenden Bleche (2,3) ein hoher Sekundärbiegungsanteil auftritt, so dass sich niedrige Anrisslebensdauern bei gleichzeitig hohem Inspektionsaufwand ergeben.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass parallel und benachbart zur ermüdungskritischen Nietreihe (6) eine zusätzliche Nietreihe (7) im Endbereich der Überlappung angeordnet ist, welche Mittel zum Zusammenhalten der Bleche (2,3) in der Kontaktfläche (5) aufweist, die eine Relativverschiebung der Bleche (2,3) in der Kontaktfläche (5) ermöglichen.
Damit wird erreicht, dass eine Entlastung der ursprünglich äußeren (hochbelasteten) Nietreihe (6) erfolgt. Die damit verbundene Reduzierung der in den Nietreihen jeweils auftretenden Maximalspannung führt sowohl zu einer Verlängerung der Anrisslebensdauer als auch zu einer Reduzierung der nachfolgenden Rissausbreitung.
