Claims (10)

  1. Une poignée pour portes ou fenêtres pivotantes et oscillo-battantes, telle poignée (1) étant du type comprenant au moins :
    - un corps de poignée (2) pouvant être associé à un cadre (A) de porte ou de fenêtre par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation (3) appropriés ;
    - un levier de manoeuvre (4) dépassant d'un côté du corps de poignée (2) ;
    - des éléments de commande (5) dépassant du côté du corps de poignée (2) opposé au côté présentant le levier (4) et pouvant être reliés à des dispositifs de manoeuvre (6, 7) pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre ; les éléments de commande (5) étant assujettis à des moyens cinématiques (8) destinés à transmettre le mouvement du levier (4) aux éléments de commande (5) de manière à déplacer les éléments de commande (5) eux-mêmes dans les différentes positions correspondant aux configurations d'ouverture « à soufflet » et d'ouverture « à la française » du cadre (A) ; les éléments de commande (5) comprenant un unique élément coulisseau (10) constituant l'élément qui commande les dispositifs de manoeuvre (6, 7), et des moyens (11) pour bloquer ledit unique élément coulisseau (10) dans les différentes positions correspondant aux configurations d'ouverture « à soufflet» et d'ouverture « à la française » du cadre ; les moyens de blocage (11) étant logés de façon coulissante dans l'élément coulisseau (10) et étant mobiles entre une position de manoeuvre rentrée, non opérationnelle, de l'élément coulisseau (10), dans laquelle les moyens de blocage (11) sont à l'intérieur de l'élément coulisseau (10), et une position opérationnelle sortie de blocage de l'élément coulisseau (10), dans laquelle les moyens de blocage (11) dépassent en partie de l'élément coulisseau (10) lui-même ; la poignée (1) étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre des moyens de retenue déclenchables (12) qui agissent sur l'élément coulisseau (10) et sur les moyens de blocage (11) et sont destinés à retenir de façon stable les moyens de blocage (11) dans la position rentrée non opérationnelle.
  2. La poignée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de retenue déclenchables (12) sont réalisés sur l'élément coulisseau (10) et agissent sur les moyens de blocage (11).
  3. La poignée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de retenue déclenchables (12) consistent en un élément indépendant (50) appliqué au niveau de l'extrémité libre de l'élément coulisseau (10) et destiné à retenir les moyens de blocage (11).
  4. La poignée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de retenue déclenchables (12) consistent en un élément indépendant (51) passant entre l'élément coulisseau (10) et les moyens de blocage (11).
  5. La poignée selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de retenue déclenchables (12) consistent en deux pattes de retenue (52, 53) réalisées sur l'élément coulisseau (10) qui a la forme d'un « C » afin de définir une paires de guides (10a), un de chaque côté, pour contenir de façon coulissante les moyens de blocage (11) consistant en une plaque coulissante (16) ; les pattes (52, 53) pouvant être insérées de façon stable dans des renfoncements (54) de forme complémentaire réalisés dans la plaque coulissante (16) et pouvant être dégagées des renfoncements (54) au moyen d'un outil prévu à cet effet pour libérer la plaque coulissante (16).
  6. La poignée selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de retenue déclenchables (12) consistent en un embout (50) destiné à fermer l'extrémité libre de l'élément coulisseau (10) et dont le profil correspond au profil dudit élément coulisseau (10) qui a la forme d'un « C » afin de définir une paire de guides (10a), un de chaque côté, pour contenir de façon coulissante les moyens de blocage (11) consistant en une plaque coulissante (16) ; l'embout (50) ayant des saillies internes (55) qui s'emboîtent dans des fentes (56) de forme complémentaire réalisées dans l'élément coulisseau (10) de manière à retenir la plaque coulissante (16).
  7. La poignée selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'embout (50) est pourvu de moyens de prise (57) pour permettre l'extraction de l'embout (50) lui-même de l'élément coulisseau (10).
  8. La poignée selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de retenue déclenchables (12) consistent en une broche (58) passant à travers l'élément coulisseau (10) et les éléments de blocage (11), qui présentent des trous débouchants (59, 60) correspondants réalisés dans des positions correspondantes de manière à maintenir les moyens de blocage (11) eux-mêmes dans la position non opérationnelle à l'intérieur de l'élément coulisseau (10).
  9. La poignée selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la broche (58) est insérée dans les trous (59, 60) qui s'étendent dans une direction transversale à un axe longitudinal (10z) commun à l'élément coulisseau (10) et aux moyens de blocage (11).
  10. La poignée selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la broche (58) est insérée dans les trous (59, 60) qui s'étendent dans une direction perpendiculaire à un axe longitudinal (10z) commun à l'élément coulisseau (10) et aux moyens de blocage (11).
