Dadurch kann durch ein einfaches Verdrehen des Halters der gleiche Gegenstand wahlweise in verschiedenen Ebenen gehalten werden.DE-A1-41 27 128 describes a lighting fixture with holders that allow the arrangement of different attachment elements on the lighting fixture. It is envisaged to arrange the holders rotatably, wherein in several levels arranged receptacles of the holder have substantially the same distance from the axis of rotation of the holder. The present invention has for its object to provide a device for connecting a first optical component, in particular a lamp housing, with a second optical component, in particular a lamp attachment, which makes such a connection to simple and provides a quickly manageable way. In addition, optical components are to be provided with or for use with such a device.

The above object is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1, an optical component having the features of claim 12 and an optical component having the features of claim 16. Preferred and advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

Thereafter, the device according to the invention is characterized by a connecting ring having a first region, with which the connecting ring is rotatably attachable to the first optical component. A second region adjoins the first region axially, with which the connecting ring can be connected to the second component. In this case, the second region has coupling means which, upon rotation of the connecting ring, engage with associated coupling means of the second component. By rotating the connecting ring relative to the first component, the second component can thus be connected to the first component in a simple and fast manner.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the coupling means of the second region of the connecting ring form at least one projecting from the surface of the connecting ring coupling part, which occurs upon rotation of the connecting ring, for example, into engagement with a bayonet-like groove of the second component. The coupling part is preferably a roller which is movable about its axis, wherein the axis runs perpendicular to the surface of the connecting ring.

The moving rollers ensure a smooth and easy turning and connecting of connecting ring and optical component.

It is preferably provided that three symmetrically arranged on the inside rollers are provided in the second region of the connecting ring, which in each case engage in an associated, bayonet-like groove of the second component when rotating the connecting ring. The arrangement of three evenly distributed rollers is advantageous in order to avoid tilting of the connection and to ensure a centric connection.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first region of the connecting ring engages with at least two connecting parts projecting from the inside of the connecting ring into a circumferential groove of the first component. The connecting ring and the first component are captive and rotatably connected to each other. The connecting parts are in turn preferably rollers, in particular three symmetrically arranged on the inside of the first region of the connecting ring rollers, which engage in the circumferential groove. The rollers also ensure a smooth, smooth and consistent turning and connecting.

Between the first and the second region of the connecting ring, a shoulder or inner web is preferably provided, which separates the two areas of the connecting ring from each other. In particular, the shoulder or connecting ring constitutes a stop for a coupling region of the second component engaging in the connecting ring.

The outside of the connecting ring is preferably provided with recessed grips or other grip-friendly surface designs, which facilitate handling and rotation of the connecting ring. The recessed grips can be provided with a heat-insulating material, so that they are pleasant to touch.

In a further aspect of the invention, an optical component, in particular a lamp housing of a headlight is provided, which is provided with a connecting ring according to the invention. The first region of the connecting ring is captive and rotatably connected to the optical component. To the rotatably connected unit of optical component and connecting ring is then coupled by simply rotating the connecting ring, a second optical component.

For mounting the connecting ring on the optical component, the optical component has a cylindrical coupling region with a circumferential groove, in which engage connecting parts of the first region of the connecting ring. The circumferential groove is preferably an outer groove, wherein the connecting ring surrounds the coupling region of the component from the outside. In this way, the connecting elements are arranged in a protected position on the inside or in the inner region of the connecting ring.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, two spring-loaded contact pins are provided on the optical component, which are coupled to a safety circuit which ensures a shutdown of the optical component, provided that the contact pins are not in electrical contact with associated contacts of a contact plate of a second optical component. As a result, the optical component, in particular the lamp arranged in a lamp housing, becomes automatic switched off when the lamp housing is separated from the lamp attachment, and thus avoids that emitted by the lamp UV radiation is radiated reversed.

In a further aspect of the invention, an optical component is provided which has a cylindrical coupling region for connection to the connecting ring according to the invention. The component has in its coupling region coupling means for connection to the coupling means of the second region of the connecting ring according to the invention. For this purpose, at least one bayonet-type groove is preferably provided, engage in the corresponding coupling parts of the connecting ring during rotation of the connecting ring.

In its coupling region, the optical component preferably additionally has latching means into which the coupling means of the connecting ring can engage. These latching means are, for example, formed at the end of the bayonet-like grooves troughs in the movable rollers of the connecting ring audibly and feel.

The optical component advantageously also has a resilient element, for example an O-ring, which is placed between the optical component and a further optical component. By provided by the resilient element compressive force locking of the coupling means of the connecting ring is ensured in the locking means.

In addition, a contact plate which has two contact paths connected to one another via a contact bridge is preferably integrated into the optical component. The contact plate is used for contacting with two contact pins of another component.

In Figure 1, a lamp housing 1 is shown, which is connectable by means of a connecting ring with a lamp attachment 3. The lamp housing 1 is part of a headlamp for film, studio, stage lighting or other applications and has in a conventional manner in particular an ignitor, a lamp holder, a lamp or a burner and a reflector. Of the lamp housing 1, only a cylindrical portion is shown in Figure 1, to which the lamp attachment 3 is to be coupled. In this case, different lamp attachments 3 are provided, each having different Lichtführungssyteme.

As explained below, a simple and fast connection between the lamp housing 1 and a desired lamp attachment 3 is provided via the connecting ring 2.

According to FIGS. 2 to 4, the connecting ring 2 has a first region 22, via which the connecting ring is rotatably connected to the housing 1 and a second region 21, via which the connecting ring can be connected to the lamp holder 3. The two areas 21, 22 of the connecting ring are axially spaced. They have a slightly different diameter, whereby at the boundary region between the two areas, an inner, circumferential stop edge 23 is formed at which the corresponding coupling part of the lamp holder 3 comes to rest.

Alternatively, it can also be provided that the first and the second region 21, 22 have the same diameter and a circumferential ridge for separating the two regions is arranged on the inside of the connecting ring 2.

On the inside of the connecting ring 2, both in the one area 21 and in the other area 22, three uniformly distributed rollers are arranged, which are rotatably mounted about an axis perpendicular to the surface of the connecting ring. Corresponding bearing openings 24 for these rollers are shown in the sectional view of FIG.

Eine entsprechende Rolle 27 im Bereich 22 des Verbindungsrings zeigt die Figur 7.The rollers arranged in the one region 22 serve to connect the connecting ring 2 to the lamp housing 1 and the rollers of the connection to the lamp attachment 3 arranged in the other region 21 of the connecting ring. FIG. 1 shows a corresponding connecting roller 25 in the one region 21 represented the connecting ring. A corresponding roller 27 in the region 22 of the connecting ring is shown in FIG. 7.

According to Figures 2 and 4, a plurality of recessed grips 26 are formed on the outer periphery of the connecting ring, which ensures a secure handling of the connecting ring 2 and facilitate a rotation of the connecting ring 2. The recessed grips can be provided with a heat-insulating plastic (not shown).

The connection of the connecting ring 2 with the lamp housing 1 is shown in FIG. Thereafter, the lamp housing forms at its ends to be coupled lamp attachment facing a cylindrical coupling region or paragraph 11, which forms a circumferential groove 12. The outer diameter of the shoulder 11 corresponds essentially to the inner diameter In the circumferential groove 12 run three rollers 27 (see Figure 7), which are arranged distributed uniformly in the lamp housing 1 associated region 22 of the connecting ring. As a result, a rotatable and captive connection between the connecting ring 2 and the lamp housing 1 is produced.

Due to the movable rollers 25 is a uniform, smooth and smooth turning of the connecting ring 2 relative to the lamp housing 1 is possible.

According to FIGS. 6a, 6b, the connection of the connecting ring 2 to the lamp attachment 3 to be coupled takes place in that the rollers 25 arranged in the region 21 of the connecting ring 2 engage in bayonet-shaped grooves 31 of the lamp attachment 3.

The lamp attachment 3 has a cylindrical region or shoulder 32 as the coupling region, into which a total of three bayonet-type grooves 31 are made. The grooves 31 are uniformly distributed on the shoulder 32 and correspond in position to the rollers 25 of the connecting ring 2. They have a coupling ring 2 facing the coupling opening 31b and then extend at a slight pitch obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the lamp attachment third

To connect the lamp attachment 3 with the lamp housing 1, it is only necessary that the shoulder 32 of the lamp attachment 3 is inserted into the connecting ring 2. In a subsequent rotation of the connecting ring 2, the movable rollers are automatically inserted into the bayonet-shaped grooves 31 and guided to the end stop of the grooves 31. Due to the pitch of the grooves 31, when the rollers 25 of the connecting ring 25 move along the grooves 31, the lamp attachment 3 is formed automatically moves in the direction of the connecting ring 2 and with his paragraph 32 in this, so that a firm and tight connection is formed.

Thus, by simply rotating the connecting ring 2 connected to the lamp housing 1, the lamp attachment is automatically connected to the connecting ring 2 or the lamp housing 1.

In order to ensure that the rollers 25 engage in the end stop of the grooves and can not disengage independently, depressions 31a are formed at the ends of the grooves according to FIGS. 6a, 6b, into which the movable rollers 25 engage. In order to ensure a secure engagement of the rollers 25 in the wells 31a, a resilient element, for example an O-ring (not shown) is arranged between the lamp attachment and the lamp housing, which provides a certain compressive force between the lamp housing and the lamp attachment.

Bei Bedarf kann in einfacher Weise ein anderer Lampenvorsatz 3 an das Gehäuse angebracht werden, indem der Verbindungsring gedreht, der Lampenvorsatz entfernt, ein neuer Lampenvorsatz in den Verbindungsring eingeführt und der Verbindungsring erneut gedreht wird.FIG. 8 shows the connection arrangement according to the invention after the lamp attachment is connected to the lamp housing 1 by means of the connecting ring according to the invention. If necessary, another lamp attachment 3 can be easily attached to the housing by turning the connection ring, removing the lamp attachment, inserting a new lamp attachment into the connection ring, and rotating the connection ring again.

It should be noted that in the lamp housing 1, two resilient contact pins are provided, which are connected to a safety circuit. When connecting the lamp housing with a lamp attachment according to Figure 8, the spring-loaded contact pins in conjunction with a arranged on the lamp attachment contact plate, the two circular Contact tracks which are interconnected via a contact bridge. Once the lamp header is removed from the lamp housing and, accordingly, the spring-loaded pins are out of contact with the contact plate, the safety circuit automatically shuts off the lamp to prevent unwanted radiation of UV radiation. Such a fuse arrangement is known from DE-U-200 16 303.5.

The invention is not limited in its execution to the embodiments shown above. For example, instead of rollers, other coupling parts, e.g. Pins are used. These may alternatively be attached to the end face of the connecting ring instead of on the inside of the connecting ring. Furthermore, in the lamp attachment instead of bayonet-like grooves, for example, slots can be used as a coupling agent. It is essential for the invention alone that a connecting ring is provided with a first and a second region, which is connectable via the first region with a first optical component via the second optical component, and wherein in the second region coupling means are provided at Rotate the connecting ring automatically engage with associated coupling means of the second component.
