Claims (16)
- Ein Türscharnier, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, umfaßteinen Türscharnierteil (1),einen Säulenscharnierteil (2),eine Festsetzeinheit (F) in einem Gehäuse (6), die ein erstes Bremselement (13), das mit dem Scharnierzapfen (3) verbunden ist, und ein zweites Bremselement (14) aufweist, das mit dem Gehäuse (6) fest verbunden ist, wobei die Bremselemente (13, 14) in einem Kopplungszustand der Festsetzeinheit (F) miteinander in Eingriff stehen und in einem Trennzustand der Festsetzeinheit (F) voneinander gelöst sind,eine Druckeinheit (D) in dem Gehäuse (6), die in ihrer aktivierten Lage die Festsetzeinheit (F) in dem Kopplungszustand hält und in ihrer deaktivierten Lage den Trennzustand der Festsetzeinheit (F) bewirkt, undeine Betätigungseinheit,an dem Türscharnierteil (1) der Scharnierzapfen (3) befestigt ist,an dem Säulenscharnierteil (2) das Gehäuse (6) befestigt ist, in dem der Scharnierzapfen (3) drehbar gelagert ist,die Bremselemente (13, 14) im Kopplungszustand der Festsetzeinheit (F) den Scharnierzapfen (3) und den Türscharnierteil festsetzen und im Trennzustand der Festsetzeinheit (F) voneinander gelöst sind und dabei der Scharnierzapfen (3) mit dem Türscharnierteil (1) in dem Gehäuse verdreht werden kann, unddie Betätigungseinheit (B), die den Scharnierzapfen (3) mit der Festsetzeinheit (F) koppelt, ein als Steuerelement ausgebildeten Stift (19) aufweist, der sich quer durch den Scharnierzapfen (3) erstreckt und von dem mindestens einer der Endabschnitte (19a) derart seitlich aus dem Scharnierzapfen (3) vor- und mit einem an der Festsetzeinheit (F) angeordneten Steuerprofil (22) in Eingriff steht, daß eine Drehbewegung des Scharnierzapfens (3) eine Relativbewegung des Stifts (19) längs des Steuerprofils (22) bewirkt und dadurch die Bremselemente (13, 14) voneinander gelöst werden und die Druckeinheit (D) so von der aktivierten Lage in die deaktivierte Lage versetzt wird, während die Festsetzeinheit (F) von dem Kopplungszustand in den Trennzustand übergeht, wobei das Steuerprofil (22) an dem ersten Bremselement (13) der Festsetzeinheit (F) ausgebildet und axial verschiebbar und verdrehbar gegenüber dem zweiten feststehend ausgebildeten Bremselement (14) ist und ein Anhalten der Drehbewegung des Scharnierzapfens (3) den Kopplungszustand der Festsetzeinheit (F) bewirkt, indem die Druckeinheit (D) aktiviert wird.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerprofil (22) an dem ersten Bremselement (13) derart bogenförmig ausgebildet ist, daß der Kopplungszustand der Festsetzeinheit (F) erreicht wird, wenn der Stift (19) in der Bogenmitte (23) steht, wobei beide Bremselemente (13, 14) miteinander in Eingriff stehen, und der Trennzustand der Festsetzeinheit (F) herbeigeführt wird, wenn der jeweils vorstehende Endabschnitt (19a) des Stiftes (19) von der Bogenmitte (23) aus an einer der beiden Bogenseiten (24) entlangbewegt wird und so das erste Bremselement (13) axial verschoben und von dem zweiten Bremselement (14) gelöst wird.
- Türscharnier nach einem der Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerprofil (22) an dem - bezogen auf die Gebrauchslage des Türscharniers - oberen Abschnitt einer radialen Öffnung (21) in einem Oberteil (18) des ersten Bremselementes (13) des Steuerelementes bzw. des Stiftes (19) ausgebildet ist, der sich quer durch den Scharnierzapfen (3) erstreckt.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (19) auf beiden Seiten des Scharnierzapfens (3) mit einem Endabschnitt (19a) vorsteht zum Eingriff mit entsprechenden, in dem Oberteil (18) einander radial gegenüberliegenden Öffnungen (21) und dort ausgebildeten Steuerprofilen (22).
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Öffnungen (21) etwa dem 1,5- bis 3-fachen Durchmesser des Stiftes (19) entspricht und die im Falle eines bogenförmigen Verlaufs des Steuerprofils (22) entsprechend variable Höhe der Öffnungen (21) so bemessen ist, daß der Stift (19) frei entlang der Länge des Bogens des Steuerprofils (22) gleiten kann.
- Türscharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckeinheit (D) und die Festsetzeinheit (F) in dem Gehäuse (6) - bezogen auf die Gebrauchslage des Türscharniers - übereinander angeordnet sind, so daß die Druckeinheit (D) unmittelbar auf die Festsetzeinheit (F) einwirkt.
- Türscharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Scharnierzapfen (3) in koaxialer Lage durch die Druckeinheit (D) und die Festsetzeinheit (F) erstreckt.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Festsetzeinheit (F) - bezogen auf die Gebrauchslage des Türscharniers - im unteren Teil des Gehäuses (6) befindet, wo das zweite Bremselement (14) gehäusefest ausgebildet und das erste Bremselement (13) mit dem Scharnierzapfen (3) verbunden ist, auf das die Druckeinheit (D) einwirkt.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Bremselement (13) relativ zu dem Scharnierzapfen (3) axial und radial in dem Maße verschiebbar bzw. bewegbar ist, wie es die Relativbewegung zwischen dem Stift (19) und dem Steuerprofil (22) erfordert.
- Türscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 6-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Druckeinheit (D) und der Festsetzeinheit (F) ein Lager z.B. ein Kugellager (17) oder ein Gleitlager oder dergleichen angeordnet ist.
- Türscharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremselemente (13, 14) der Festsetzeinheit (F) konische Bremsflächen aufweisen.
- Türscharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckeinheit (D) als Feder z. B. als Blatt- oder Tellerfederpaket (16) ausgebildet ist, die sich mit Vorspannung zwischen der Festsetzeinheit (F) und einem Deckel (8) des Gehäuses (6) abstützt.
- Türscharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scharnierzapfen (3), der sich koaxial durch das zylindrische Gehäuse (6) erstreckt, in dem unteren Abschnitt - bezogen auf die Gebrauchslage des Türscharniers - des Gehäuses (6) drehbar gelagert und axial abgestützt ist, während sich ein zweites Radiallager (9) für den Scharnierzapfen (3) an dem von dem unteren Abschnitt entfernt liegenden oberen Abschluß oder Deckel (8) des Gehäuses (6) befindet.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Abschluß des Gehäuses (6) aus einer Mutter (8) oder einem in das Gehäuse (6) einschraubbaren Einsatz besteht, in dem sich das Radiallager (9) für den Scharnierzapfen (3) befindet.
- Türscharnier nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste mit dem Scharnierzapfen (3) verbundene Bremselement (13) und das zweite gehäusefeste Bremselement (14) jeweils eine konische Bremsfläche aufweisen, jedoch im Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind und zwischen diesen beiden Bremselementen (13, 14) ein loses ein- oder mehrteiliges ringförmiges Bremssegment (25) mit entsprechend konischen Bremsflächen (27) zur Verstärkung der Bremswirkung zwischengeschaltet ist.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ringförmige Bremssegment (25) aus ringförmig in dem Gehäuse (6) angeordneten Bremsschalen (26) besteht.
