Claims (12)
- Schubladenführung mit Kompensation des Synchronlauffehlers der Führungsschienen (Ausgleich des Fehlers der Relativlagen der Führungsschienen zueinander), beinhaltend je ein auf zwei Seiten der Schublade angeordnetes Schienensystem, das eine an einem Möbelkorpus (11) unmittelbar oder mittelbar über einen Korpuswinkel (1) befestigte Korpusschiene (2) aufweist, die über ein Linearlager (3, 5) unmittelbar oder mittelbar über eine Mittelschiene (4) auf einer Schubladenschiene (6) linear beweglich gelagert ist, die unmittelbar oder mittelbar über ein Dekor (7) mit der Schublade verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kompensationseinrichtung (14-19; 20-25) vorgesehen ist, die einen Kompensationshebel (14; 20) aufweist, der drehbar über ein Drehlager (17; 21) unmittelbar oder mittelbar über Korpuswinkel (1) oder Linearlager (3, 5) oder Dekor (7) mit einer der Schienen (2, 4, 6) verbunden ist, und der durch seine Drehung am Ende jedes Schließvorganges der Schublade in formschlüssiger Anlage mit Anschlägen (15, 18, 19; 24, 25) gelangt, die unmittelbar oder mittelbar über Korpuswinkel (1) oder Linearlager (3, 5) oder Dekor (7) mit allen übrigen Schienen (2, 4, 6) verbunden sind und damit in jeder Schließstellung der Schublade ein automatischer, erzwungener, Ausgleich des Synchronlauffehlers bewirkt wird.
- Schubladenführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kompensationshebel (14; 20) drehbar über das Drehlager (17; 21) auf einem linear bewegten Teil (3-7) der Schubladenführung angeordnet ist.
- Schubladenführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Schubladenführung ein Vollauszugs-System eingesetzt wird, mit einer über Linearlager (3, 5) zwischen der Schubladenschiene (6) und der Korpusschiene (2) gelagerten und linear verschiebbaren Mittelschiene (4).
- Schubladenführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Linearlagern (3, 5) der Schubladenschiene (6) und der Korpusschiene (2) zur Mittelschiene (4) eine zusätzliche kontinuierliche Synchronisierung vorhanden ist.
- Schubladenführung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Synchronisierung mittels Zahnstangen (8) und einem zwischen geschalteten Ritzel (9) erfolgt.
- Schubladenführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kompensationshebel (14) auf der Mitteschiene (4) drehbar um das Drehlager (17) angeordnet ist, und zwei Hebelarme (14a, 14b) aufweist, die bei Drehung des Hebels (14) am Ende jedes Schließvorganges der Schublade formschlüssig mit Anlageflächen (15, 18, 19) auf dem Dekor (7) und auf dem unteren Rollenwagen (3) und auf dem Korpuswinkel (1) zusammen wirken.
- Schubladenführung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ende jedes Schließvorganges der Schublade der zweiarmige Kompensationshebel (14) sich mit seinem oberen Hebelarm (14a) innerhalb des Innenraums des Dekors (7) an den dort angebrachten Anschlag (15) satt anlegt, gleichzeitig der untere Hebelarm (14b) mit einer randseitig offenen bogen- bzw. kreisförmigen Ausklinkung (14c) an einer Noppe (18) auf dem unteren Rollenwagen (3) sich satt anlegt und ebenfalls gleichzeitig sich eine Nase (14d) am freien Ende des unteren Hebelarms (14b) an einer Zentriernocke (19) auf dem Korpuswinkel (1) satt anlegt.
- Schubladenführung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Hebelarme (14a, 14b) des Kompensationshebels (14) zueinander fluchtend sind, so dass sie sich jeweils vom Drehpunkt (17) aus erstrecken und zwischen sich etwa einen Winkel von 180° einschließen.

- Schubladenführung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einarmige Kompensationshebel (20) über das Drehlager (21) innerhalb des Innenraums des Dekors (7) drehbar angelenkt ist und bei von der Einschubstellung der Schublade induzierter und lagenabhängiger durch eine Feder (22) angetriebene Drehung des Hebels (20) dieser aus seiner Rastposition gedreht wird und die Noppen (24, 25) auf der Mittelschiene (4) und dem unteren Rollenwagen (3) dann bei weiterer Drehung des Hebels (20) in den Führungsnuten (20b, 20c) des Hebels (20) so lange gleiten, bis die Noppen (24, 25) jeweils am Grund der Noppennuten zur Anlage kommen, was der kompensierten Endlage in Schließstellung der Schublade entspricht.
- Schubladenführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kompensationshebel (14; 20) quer zur Fahrrichtung der Schublade s-förmig oder z-förmig ausgebildet ist und der Form der korpusseitigen Innenfläche des Dekors (7) etwa angepasst ist.
