Definitions
- the present invention relates to a means for removal of solid particles from surfaces, its production and use.
- the remedy is especially for the cleaning hard-to-reach and / or sensitive surfaces and the lint-free removal of solid particles suitable.
- cleaning rags or cleaning wipes can practically not lint free. On the one hand, they dissolve Fibers or fiber parts of the tissue or knitted fabric of the lobes and towels. On the other hand dirt fibers, which were taken with the cleaning cloth or cloth, but do not cling enough. Especially under clean room conditions This always leads to problems and a lack of acceptance of such products.
- Screens such as televisions or computers are very sensitive to mechanical cleaning.
- By applying and rubbing or wiping of conventional cleaning agents arise in Connecting with dust particles often causes fine scratches on the Surfaces that affect the image quality.
- the object of the present invention is a cleaning agent to provide solid particles to remove from hard-to-reach surfaces, It is easy to use and ecologically compatible is and persistently high cleaning effect over can be used for a long time.
- the cleaning agent of the present invention is intended to be above In addition, a gentle mechanical cleaning of surfaces made of sensitive materials such as glass, ceramics, Wood, various plastics and metals allow and as a gel cleaner, cold cleaner, neutral cleaner, Disinfectant cleaner and technical cleaner applicable be. Depending on the consistency, the agent is also suitable for Removal of stamens, hair and the like of textiles.
- the inventive agent contains polymers, surfactants and other ingredients, said polymers being natural Polygalactomanans are.
- the remedy is further through characterized in that the agent has a viscosity of 50,000 to 150,000 mPa.s, preferably 80,000 to 120,000 mPa.s and most preferably 100,000 mPa.s, and that its mass amounts to 70 - 97%, preferably to 95% bound water and solvent, wherein the Solvent selected a saturated, monohydric alcohol from the group consisting of methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, Isopropyl alcohol or mixtures thereof. That means is so formulated, which is a soft, easily deformable Mass results, which adapts to each contour, thereby cohesive is so that it reaches small cracks and cavities without However, leave residues if they are to be cleaned from the Surface is removed.
- dirt particles changes the Color of the detergent for example from an intense bright yellow to a greenish yellow hue, what An indicator of the burden of dirt with dirt.
- the cleaning agent works degreasing and disinfecting the present invention (bakericide, virucidal and fungicidal). It is hard to non-flammable, environmentally friendly, skin-friendly, is antistatic and does not stick. Because it is mildly alkaline is, it does not cause corrosion, nor does it cause it for rusting the cleaned surfaces.
- the inventive cleaning agent is around a gel-like mass with particularly slowly flowing cohesive consistency, the smallest solid particles like For example, dust and pollen are detached from a surface and binds.
- polygalactomannans such as guar gum and / or locust bean gum.
- guar gum is made by milling the endosperm of the legume family obtained from the guar bean.
- Main component of the Guar-Mehls is the guaran, which, as noted above, to a polygalactomannan or polysaccharide is.
- Guar flour is a natural thickening agent Widely used as a stabilizer and thickener in the food sector, in the textile industry and in the explosives sector.
- Locust bean gum is made from those in the pods of the carob tree obtained seeds whose endosperm Up to 90% consists of high molecular weight galactomannan. scope of application of locust bean gum is also the Food industry, but also the tobacco and paper industry. Both guar gum and locust bean gum are commercially available.
- the detergent of the present Invention is preferred, depending on the solvent used chemically and / or physically modified guar gum used. These are carboxymethylated, alkylated or hydroxyalkylated galactomannans or hydroxyalkylated cationic derivatives. Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a means for removal of solid particles from surfaces, its production and use. The remedy is especially for the cleaning hard-to-reach and / or sensitive surfaces and the lint-free removal of solid particles suitable.
Conventional chemical cleaners for hard surfaces are called liquid or foamy (also in Sprayform), pasty or solid cleaners offered. Also called Microemulsions are used for washing and cleaning processes used. These cleaners are expected that they are both concentrated and diluted aqueous or organic solution in conjunction with mechanical energy and a mechanical cleaning agent, such as a sponge or rag, an optimal one Show application profile.
The use of cleaning rags or cleaning wipes can practically not lint free.
The said chemical and mechanical cleaning agents are very good for smooth, relatively insensitive Surfaces. However, these resources are not as well suited if hard-to-reach surfaces, such as Car taps or keyboards of telephones, mobile phones and computers should be cleaned. The in trade available various liquid cleaners can Although easily applied or sprayed, their Removal together with the dirt particles for example from the spaces between a computer keyboard or a computer keyboard However, car faucets must be replaced by mechanical means such as cloths, Sponges or paper take place, a process that in the hard-to-reach surfaces described turns out to be almost impossible. There is also the danger that liquid or foamy cleaner or cleaner flow on or into sensitive electronic parts and lead to damage. As a result of the drying of the Solvents of such chemical cleaners form between the computer keys or in the cracks of faucets Residues from dust and detergents, all the more more persistent to remove and over time the surfaces attack, which should have been cleaned should.
Screens, such as televisions or computers are very sensitive to mechanical cleaning. By applying and rubbing or wiping of conventional cleaning agents arise in Connecting with dust particles often causes fine scratches on the Surfaces that affect the image quality. Become cleaned the screens "dry", i. only mechanically with a cloth and without a liquid agent, load themselves The devices often static up, which is too light, but still can cause unpleasant electric shocks.
Another disadvantage of conventional chemical cleaners is their ecological compatibility. Although subject their biodegradability Europe-wide the regulations of the washing and cleaning agent law, however, the amounts of surfactants, acids and Alkalis that enter the sewage systems and are mined there still relatively large. At the mechanical Means, such as those described above Cloths for screens or optical devices are added, that they usually only use once and then usually need to be disposed of. The same applies to Glue rolls, as they are widely used as "lint rolls" Find. After short use is the adhesive surface completely with hair, lint and other dirt particles covered, the cleaning effect goes to zero and the superficial portion of the tack roll must be discarded become.
The object of the present invention is a cleaning agent to provide solid particles to remove from hard-to-reach surfaces, It is easy to use and ecologically compatible is and persistently high cleaning effect over can be used for a long time.
The cleaning agent of the present invention is intended to be above In addition, a gentle mechanical cleaning of surfaces made of sensitive materials such as glass, ceramics, Wood, various plastics and metals allow and as a gel cleaner, cold cleaner, neutral cleaner, Disinfectant cleaner and technical cleaner applicable be. Depending on the consistency, the agent is also suitable for Removal of stamens, hair and the like of textiles.
Solved the various tasks of the present Invention by the production of a natural polygalactomannans based gel detergent. The inventive agent contains polymers, surfactants and other ingredients, said polymers being natural Polygalactomanans are. The remedy is further through characterized in that the agent has a viscosity of 50,000 to 150,000 mPa.s, preferably 80,000 to 120,000 mPa.s and most preferably 100,000 mPa.s, and that its mass amounts to 70 - 97%, preferably to 95% bound water and solvent, wherein the Solvent selected a saturated, monohydric alcohol from the group consisting of methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, Isopropyl alcohol or mixtures thereof. That means is so formulated, which is a soft, easily deformable Mass results, which adapts to each contour, thereby cohesive is so that it reaches small cracks and cavities without However, leave residues if they are to be cleaned from the Surface is removed.
ohne Scheuern, Reiben etc. statt.
By dabbing, applying or pressing dust particles, fats and other contaminants are absorbed by the surface of the cleaning agent by means of cohesion, ie there is a mechanical (physical) cleaning, but without scrubbing, rubbing etc. instead. Since the mass of the cleaning agent is gel-like and runs in, ie mixed, the dirt particles are embedded in the mass and it form new surfaces that can accommodate more dirt particles.
Depending on the exposure time, the cleaning mass also acts as a dirt and / or grease-releasing agent. In a simple dabbing, however, the exposure time may be too low to solve on a surface to be cleaned firmly adhering dirt or grease.
Because of its consistency, its structure and its chemical Structure may be the cleaning agent depending on the application and needs cut or shredded become and can "grow together" again. A syneresis, i.e. an "aging" of the mass by drying out and / or Liquid separation hardly occurs because the solvents and cleaning fluids bound in a structural gel available.
The inclusion of dirt particles changes the Color of the detergent for example from an intense bright yellow to a greenish yellow hue, what An indicator of the burden of dirt with dirt.
Due to its special composition, the cleaning agent works degreasing and disinfecting the present invention (bakericide, virucidal and fungicidal). It is hard to non-flammable, environmentally friendly, skin-friendly, is antistatic and does not stick. Because it is mildly alkaline is, it does not cause corrosion, nor does it cause it for rusting the cleaned surfaces.
The inventive cleaning agent is around a gel-like mass with particularly slowly flowing cohesive consistency, the smallest solid particles like For example, dust and pollen are detached from a surface and binds.
As the basic substance for the gel detergent of present invention with particularly slow flow behavior become polygalactomannans such as guar gum and / or locust bean gum. guar gum is made by milling the endosperm of the legume family obtained from the guar bean. Main component of the Guar-Mehls is the guaran, which, as noted above, to a polygalactomannan or polysaccharide is. Guar flour is a natural thickening agent Widely used as a stabilizer and thickener in the food sector, in the textile industry and in the explosives sector.
Locust bean gum is made from those in the pods of the carob tree obtained seeds whose endosperm Up to 90% consists of high molecular weight galactomannan. scope of application of locust bean gum is also the Food industry, but also the tobacco and paper industry. Both guar gum and locust bean gum are commercially available.
For the preparation of the detergent of the present Invention is preferred, depending on the solvent used chemically and / or physically modified guar gum used. These are carboxymethylated, alkylated or hydroxyalkylated galactomannans or hydroxyalkylated cationic derivatives. Also used can be used with quaternary ammonium compounds etherified or oxidatively or hydrolytically depolymerized Guar products.
Preferred in the preparation of inventive gel-like Detergents with particularly slow flow behavior however, becomes cationically modified guar gum and / or locust bean gum used, for example obtained by adding boron ions to the galactomannans becomes.
A large proportion of the cleaning agent, i. 70 to 97%, preferably 90 to 95% of the mass consists of bound Water and organic solvent. The mass has one good compatibility with electrolytes, glycol and alcohol. The solvents used are saturated monohydric alcohols, such as methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol or mixtures thereof preferred.
The mass of the cleaning agent has a good compatibility with washing-active Substarizen. There are water-soluble, hydrolysis-stable surfactants, in addition to their Cleaning action to improve the lubricity of the Mass and contribute to the prevention of sticking and the also act as an antistatic agent used. To be favoured Surfactants, for example, with the basic chemical structure polydimethylsiloxane polyoxyalkylene Copolymer and / or nonionic Tesides such as polysiloxane-polyether copolymers.
The addition of suitable preservatives offers broad spectrum antibacterial activity against gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria and protection against mold and viruses. Such commercial products can, for example the following substances or mixtures thereof include: esters p-hydroxybenzoic acid, imidazolidinylurea, diiodomethylsulfonyltoluene.
100'000 mPa.s.The addition of fragrances is desirable.
The viscosity, measured at 25 ° C, is from 50,000 to 150,000 mPa.s, preferably from 80,000 to 120,000 and most preferably 100,000 mPa.s depending on the application of the gel detergent.
An inventive cleaning agent is accordingly for example, from a water / alcohol mixture with a Content of 0.1 to 6 weight percent galactomannan and 0.01 to 0.5% boron at a pH of 6-10.
