Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour transporter des produits plats et flexibles (6), notamment des produits d'imprimerie, dans lequel les produits (6) sont transportés jusqu'à une région de reprise (10) au moyen d'un dispositif de transport (1) en continu dans une formation dans laquelle les produits (6) se recouvrent mutuellement complètement ou partiellement vu dans la direction de transport (F), les bords arrière (6a) des produits (6) recouvrant le produit suivant respectif dans le cas d'un recouvrement partiel, et y sont repris par un transporteur d'évacuation (2) qui comprend des dispositifs de préhension (3) avec au moins deux mâchoires de préhension (4, 5), pouvant être commandés individuellement pour l'ouverture et la fermeture, et mobiles le long d'une trajectoire de déplacement (U), les produits (6) étant freinés avant ou après leur reprise par les dispositifs de préhension (3) par rapport aux produits suivants et/ou étant fixés en position, et les dispositifs de préhension (3) pouvant modifier leur orientation par rapport à la trajectoire de déplacement (U), caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de préhension (3) sont déplacés de telle sorte que la mâchoire de préhension (4) tournée vers le dispositif de transport (1) vienne en prise par le dessous à la manière d'une pale, dans la région de reprise (10), avec le bord arrière (6a) d'au moins un produit (6) reposant partiellement sur le produit suivant, puis le soulève, sans que le produit à reprendre (6) ait été préalablement soulevé par le produit suivant.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de préhension (3) sont déplacés dans la région de reprise (10) de telle sorte que la mâchoire de préhension (4) tournée vers le dispositif de transport (1) soit déplacée par rapport à l'au moins un produit à reprendre (6) le long d'une trajectoire essentiellement en arc de cercle.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de préhension (3) est déplacé par rapport à l'au moins un produit à reprendre (6) de telle sorte que la mâchoire de préhension venant en prise par le dessous (4) soit pivotée d'une première orientation dans une deuxième orientation essentiellement dans le plan du produit (6).
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les produits (6) sont transportés par le dispositif de transport (1) jusqu'à un dispositif de freinage (7) qui les freine.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse du dispositif de préhension (3) est choisie de manière adaptée à la vitesse de transport du dispositif de transport (1) de telle sorte qu'un nombre prédéterminé de produits soit poussé contre une butée (8) pour former une pile, qui est saisie entièrement par le dispositif de préhension (3).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la trajectoire de déplacement (U) s'étend essentiellement perpendiculairement au sens de déplacement (F) dans une première section (U1) disposée en amont de la région de reprise (10) et dans une deuxième section (U2) disposée en aval de la région de reprise (10).
  7. Dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un dispositif de transport (1) et un transporteur d'évacuation (2), qui comprend des dispositifs de préhension (3) avec au moins deux mâchoires de préhension (4, 5), pouvant être commandés individuellement pour l'ouverture et la fermeture, et mobiles le long d'une trajectoire de déplacement (U), les dispositifs de préhension (3) pouvant modifier leur orientation par rapport à la trajectoire de déplacement (U), un dispositif de commande étant prévu pour le déplacement des dispositifs de préhension (3) ainsi qu'un dispositif de freinage (7) est prévu, avec lequel les produits transportés par le dispositif de transport (1) peuvent être freinés par rapport aux produits suivants et/ou peuvent être fixés en position, caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire de préhension (4) tournée vers le dispositif de transport (1) vient en prise par le dessous à la manière d'une pale avec le bord arrière (6a) d'au moins un produit (6) reposant partiellement sur le produit suivant, sans que le produit à reprendre (6) ait été préalablement soulevé par le produit suivant.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage (7) est une butée (8) ou un dispositif d'aspiration (9).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la trajectoire de déplacement (U) s'étend essentiellement perpendiculairement au sens de déplacement (F) dans une première section (U1) disposée en amont de la région de reprise (10) et dans une deuxième section (U2) disposée en aval de la région de reprise (10).
