- une poche souple déformable de capacité variable pourvue d'une ouverture,
- un support de poche souple sur lequel l'ouverture de la poche souple est fixée, ledit support comprenant une surface de fixation au niveau de laquelle la poche souple est fixée du support,
- un organe de distribution, tel qu'une pompe ou une valve, monté sur le support de poche pour prélever du produit fluide dans la poche,
- découper deux feuilles sensiblement identiques présentant chacune une périphérie,
- découper une ouverture à travers une des deux feuilles, avantageusement en son centre,
- fixer le support de poche à la feuille pourvue de l'ouverture de sorte qu'il s'étend à travers l'ouverture, et
- fixer l'autre feuille souple à la feuille présentant l'ouverture munie du support le long de leur périphérie.
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe transversale verticale à travers un distributeur de produit fluide selon l'invention, et
- les figures 2 à 4 sont des vues schématiques des différentes étapes de fabrication d'une poche de produit fluide munie d'un support de poche selon l'invention.
Claims (11)
- Distributeur de produit fluide comprenant :une poche souple déformable (1) de capacité variable pourvue d'une ouverture (121),un support de poche souple (2) sur lequel l'ouverture (121) de la poche souple (1) est fixée, ledit support comprenant une surface de fixation (212) au niveau de laquelle la poche souple est fixée au support,un organe de distribution (3), tel qu'une pompe ou une valve, monté sur le support de poche (2) pour prélever du produit fluide dans la poche,
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la surface de fixation (212) est annulaire.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le support (2) comprend un manchon sensiblement tubulaire (22) ayant un axe longitudinal (A), l'organe de distribution (3) s'étendant dans ce manchon (22), le plan de la surface de fixation (212) étant perpendiculaire audit axe longitudinal (A).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la surface de fixation (212) est formée par une face d'une bride plate plane annulaire (21) disposée dans la poche (1) autour de son ouverture (121).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la poche souple (1) comprend deux feuilles souples (11, 12) soudées ensemble sur leur périphérie, le long d'une ligne de soudure (112), l'ouverture (121) de la poche souple étant située sur une des feuilles (12).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'ouverture (121) est située sensiblement au centre d'une des feuilles (12).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la ligne de soudure (112) des deux feuilles (11, 12) s'étend dans un plan sensiblement parallèle à celui de la surface de fixation (212) du support de poche (2).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la poche souple vide (1) présente une épaisseur presque nulle dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (A).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la poche souple (1) est coincée de manière étanche entre le support de poche (2) et un élément d'appui (41).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une poche souple (1) munie d'un support de poche souple (2), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de :découper deux feuilles (11, 12) sensiblement identiques présentant chacune une périphérie,découper une ouverture (121) à travers une des deux feuilles (12), avantageusement en son centre,fixer le support de poche (2) à la feuille (12) pourvue de l'ouverture (121) de sorte qu'il s'étend à travers l'ouverture, etfixer l'autre feuille souple (11) à la feuille (12) présentant l'ouverture munie du support le long de leur périphérie.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le support (2) sert à découper l'ouverture (121) de la feuille (12), avantageusement par poinçonnement.
