Claims (18)
- Brausekopf mit
einem Gehäuse (1), das
eine Öffnung (3) zum Durchgreifen eines Anschlusselementes (4) und
dieser gegenüberliegend eine Austrittsöffnung aufweist,
einem Strahlscheibenelement (7), und
einer Dichtung zum Abdichten des inneren des Gehäuses (1) gegenüber dem Anschlusselement(4), die
von dem Strahlscheibenelement (7) gegen das Anschlusselement (4) beaufschlagt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strahlscheibenelement (7) eine die Austrittsöffnung abdeckende dem Rand (5) des Gehäuses (1) gegenüber abgedichtete Strahlscheibe (6, 26, 36) aufweist und mit dem Gehäuse (1) in dessen Innerem verbindbar ist, wobei
die Strahlscheibe (26) in ihrem Randbereich in einer Richtung senkrecht zu ihrer Ebene nachgiebig bzw. federnd ausgebildet ist. - Brausekopf nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Gehäuse (1) becherartig ausgebildet ist, wobei die Anschlussöffnung (3) im Bereich des Becherbodens (2) angeordnet ist.
- Brausekopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Verbindung zwischen dem Strahlscheibenelement (7) und dem Gehäuse (1) im Bereich der Anschlussöffnung (3) erfolgt.
- Brausekopf nach einem er vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Verbindungseinrichtuung zwischen dem Strahlscheibenelement (7) und dem Gehäuse (1) ein Bajonettverschluss ist bzw. einen Bajonettverschluss aufweist.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Verbindungseinrichtung eine Schraubverbindung ist.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Dichtung ein O-Ring (20) ist.
- Brausekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die Dichtung flächig ausgebildet,ist.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Strahlscheibenelement (7) einen etwa zylindrischen Ansatz (8) aufweist, an dessen Vorderseite die Strahlscheibe (6, 26, 36) angebracht ist.
- Brausekopf nach Anspruch 9, bei dem der zylindrische Ansatz (8) mit einem zylindrischen Ansatz (9) des Gehäuseinneren zusammenwirkt.
- Brausekopf nach Anspruch 10, bei dem die Verbindungseinrichtung zwischen den zylindrischen Ansätzen (8, 9) wirkt.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Dichtung für das Anschlusselement (4) einstückig mit der Dichtung für den Rand der Strahlscheibe (6, 26, 36) gespritzt ist.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Dichtung der Strahlscheibe (6, 36) Teil einer an der Innenseite der Strahlscheibe (6, 36) anliegenden die Strahlaustrittsöffnungen aufweisenden Elastomerscheibe (14) ist.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Dichtung der Strahlscheibe (6, 36) in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene der Strahlaustrittsöffnung des Gehäuses (1) auf Kompression beaufschlagt wird.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Strahlscheibe (26) eine längs des Randes umlaufende Querschnittsverminderung (27) aufweist.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Verbindungseinrichtung in axialer Richtung näher an der Anschlussöffnung (3) als an der Austrittsöffnung des Gehäuses (1) angeordnet ist.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Anschlusselement (4) einen in das Gehäuse (1) eingreifenden kugelartigen Endabschnitt (16) aufweist, demgegenüber das Gehäuse (1) verschwenkbar ist, wobei die Dichtung eine Bremsung und Feststellung bewirkt.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Gehäuse (1) und/oder das Strahlscheibenelement (6, 26, 36) einstückig aus Kunststoff gespritzt ist.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Strahlscheibe (6, 36) und die Elastomerscheibe (14) im Zweikomponentenverfahren gespritzt sind.
