Claims (8)

  1. Disjoncteur pour courants élevés et basse tension, comprenant:
    un boîtier moulé comprenant une partie inférieure (2) et une partie supérieure, avec des espaces de pôles (6...8) formant par des parois intermédiaires parallèles (5) plusieurs espaces de pôles (6...8);
    un mécanisme d'actionnement (30), comportant un système à levier coudé (34) et agencé dans des panneaux latéraux fixes (28);
    des moyens de déclenchement coopérant avec le mécanisme d'actionnement (30);
    un nombre d'unités de contact (9...11) correspondant au nombre des espaces de pôles (6...8), contenant respectivement un contact fixe (16) relié à la partie inférieure (2) et plusieurs doigts de contact parallèles mobiles (18), agencés de sorte à pouvoir effectuer un pivotement limité dans un porte-contact en U (24), contre l'action de ressorts de compression de contact (26), et une unité d'extinction de l'arc (20), l'unité de contact (10) associée à un espace de pôles central (7) étant accouplée par articulation au système à levier coudé (34);
    une nervure de raccordement à agencement transversal (38), reliant les porte-contacts (24) de toutes les unités de contact (9...11), composée d'une matière de moulage isolante, comportant des segments de blindage (56, 57) par rapport à des évidements (54) prévus pour la nervure de raccordement (38), dans les parois intermédiaires (5);
    des blocs métalliques reliés dans les espaces de pôles externes à la nervure de raccordement (38), s'étendant parallèlement à la nervure de raccordement et agencés au-dessus des ressorts de compression de contact (26);
    caractérisé en ce que:
    les blocs métalliques s'étendent vers un noyau d'acier en forme de tige (40), s'étendant au-dessus de tous les espaces de pôles (6...8), surmoulé par la nervure de raccordement (38);
    les porte-contacts (24) sont reliés d'une seule pièce à la nervure de raccordement (38) et aux éléments de blindage (56, 57); et
    l'accouplement de l'unité de contact (10) associée à un espace de pôles central (7) avec le mécanisme d'actionnement (30) est assuré par une tôle de retenue (42) reliée de manière rigide à la nervure de raccordement (38), agencée par pivotement dans les panneaux latéraux (28).
  2. Disjoncteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les segments de blindage (56, 57) s'étendent respectivement par paires vers les deux côtés des parois intermédiaires (5).
  3. Disjoncteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les segments de blindage sont immergés dans des rainures des parois intermédiaires (5).
  4. Disjoncteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les unités d'extinction de l'arc (20) atteignent avec des inserts latéraux (58) un point situé peu devant la nervure de raccordement (38).
  5. Disjoncteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les inserts (58) sont composés d'un matériau gasant.
  6. Disjoncteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tôle de retenue (42) a une forme en U, entourant latéralement avec ses branches externes (46) les porte-contacts (24) de l'unité de contact centrale (10) et fixée par au moins un coude d'extrémité (48) formé sur sa branche centrale (44) à la traverse de raccordement (38).
  7. Disjoncteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce des levier coudés inférieures (36) du système à levier coudé (34) sont fixées par articulation sur les branches externes (46) dans les panneaux latéraux (28), pratiquement au milieu entre le au moins un coude (58) et les paliers (50) des branches externes (46).
  8. Disjoncteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une patte de support (60) est d'une part reliée de manière immobile au porte-contact (24) des deux unités de contact externes (9, 11) et est fixée d'autre part par articulation dans la partie inférieure (2).
