Claims (16)
- Falzmesserzylinder eines Falzapparates, mit einem zylindrischen Sattel (03) und einem aus einem Öffnungsspalt (08; 09) des Sattels (03) ausfahrbaren, zwischen verschiedenen Stellungen am Falzmesserzylinder in Umfangsrichtung verstellbaren Falzmesser (18), wobei der Sattel (03) in Umfangsrichtung eine Mehrzahl von dem Falzmesser (18) zugeordneten Öffnungen (08; 09) aufweist, wobei das Falzmesser (18) wahlweise verschiedenen Öffnungen (08; 09) gegenüberliegend verstellbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (08; 09) als Spalte (08; 09) ausgebildet sind, dass das Falzmesser (18) in seiner Ruhestellung im Innern des Falzmesserzylinders zwischen verschiedenen, jeweils einem verschiedenen Spalt (08; 09) gegenüberliegenden Stellungen verstellbar ist.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dass der Sattel (03) aus Segmenten (06; 07) unterschiedlicher Dicke aufgebaut ist und dass das Falzmesser (18) hinter einem dünneren Segment (07) verstellbar ist.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Falzmesser (18) in seiner Bewegung durch einen auf einer ersten Steuerkurve (23) ablaufenden Hebel (21) gesteuert ist.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spindeln (11) der Falzmesser (18) während der Falzbewegung ortsfest bezüglich der Spalten (08; 09) angeordnet sind.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Falzmesserzylinder ein Falzklappenzylinder gegenüber liegt.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Falzmesser (18) eine Falzbewegung zwischen einer ausgefahrenen aktiven Stellung und einer inaktiven Stellung ausführt, wobei in der inaktiven Stellung das Falzmesser (18) sich radial innerhalb der Innenfläche (24; 33) des Sattels (03) befindet.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sattel (03) aus Segmenten (06; 07) unterschiedlicher Dicke aufgebaut ist, und dass das Falzmesser (18) hinter einem dünneren Segment (07) verstellbar ist.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stellglied zum Abheben des Hebels von der ersten Steuerkurve (23) vorgesehen ist.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellglied ein an dem Hebel angreifendes Linearstellglied, insbesondere ein Arbeitszylinder (34) oder ein elektromagnetisches Stellglied, ist.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellglied eine zweite Steuerkurve (38) ist, die gegen die erste verdrehbar ist.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spalten (08; 09) an ihren außenliegenden Rändern Abschrägungen (31) aufweisen.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schließkörper (27) den jeweils nicht vom Falzmesser (18) belegten Spalt (09) verschließt.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schließkörper (27) an die Verstellung des Falzmessers (18) in Umfangsrichtung gekoppelt ist.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durch den Schließkörper (27) verschließbare Spalt (09) und/oder der Schließkörper (27) an ihren einander zugewandten Seiten Abschrägungen (29) aufweisen.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Federelement (28) eine radial nach außen gerichtete Kraft auf den Schließkörper (27) ausübt.
- Falzmesserzylinder nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (28) und der Schließkörper (27) einteilig aus einem Blechstreifen geformt sind.
