Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de raffinement de pétrole comprenant: une étape 1 de distillation/séparation consistant à distiller une huile de charge, de manière à la séparer en une huile distillée (M1) et un fond (M2); une étape 2 d'affinage hydraulique dans laquelle au moins une partie de l'huile distillée (M1) est soumise à un affinage hydraulique, de manière à être désulfurée et permettant ainsi d'obtenir une huile hydrotraitée (M3); une étape 3 de désaphaltage par solvant consistant à déasphalter le fond (M2) avec un solvant, de manière à obtenir une huile désasphaltée (M4) et un asphaltène (brai) (M5); une étape 4 d'hydrométallisation/hydrosulfurisation dans laquelle au moins une partie de l'huile désasphaltée (M4) est soumise à une hydrométallisation/hydrosulfurisation, afin d'obtenir une huile raffinée HDMS (M6); et une première étape 5 de mélange dans laquelle une partie de l'huile raffinée HDMS (M6) est mélangée avec au moins une partie de l'huile hydrotraitée (M3), de manière à obtenir de l'huile.
