Abstract

The invention concerns a railway unit (1) consisting of two end running assemblies (5) and (6) interconnected by a pivoting support railway structure (10) detachable to take up an oblique loading and unloading position. Claims (17)

  1. Railway unit according to claim 9, characterised in that the transverse support structure (22) is discontinuous and is formed in each case by two short straight supports which are spaced by a distance less than the diameter of a rear wheel of the second towing vehicle to be transported (3, 4).
  13. Railway unit according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the transverse support structure (22) is a simple stop surface for the front underside of the semi-trailer (2).
  14.
