Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung für die Handhabung von Baumstämmen, umfassend eine Ablängsäge (4), eine längslaufende Fördervorrichtung, welche zur Säge läuft und wenigstens zwei separate erste und zweite Fördervorrichtungsteile (1, 2) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen dritten, kürzeren Fördervorrichtungsteil (3) umfasst, welcher nach der Ablängsäge (4) angeordnet ist und dazu angebracht ist, in seiner Längsrichtung bewegt zu werden, und einen darauf folgenden vierten Fördervorrichtungsteil umfasst, und dass der erste, zweite und dritte Fördervorrichtungsteil (1, 2, 3) ein Fördermittel umfassen, das aus parallelen, in Längsrichtung verlaufenden, miteinander verbundenen Stücken (7) gebildet ist, und wobei die Fördermittel, falls mehr als zwei vorliegen, so zueinander angeordnet sind, dass sie eine Fläche mit einem gekrümmten oder V-förmigen Querschnitt bilden, und wobei die Fördermittel Greifelemente (6) aufweisen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des ersten Fördervorrichtungsteils (1) in der gleichen Größenordnung liegt wie die durchschnittliche Länge eines Baumstamms (5).
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des zweiten Fördervorrichtungsteils (2) genauso groß oder geringfügig größer ist als die maximale Länge des zu schneidenden Blocks.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fördermittel eine einfache Förderkette oder eine Förderkette mit Harken oder Lamellen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifelemente (6) Zacken, Haken oder andere Arten von Teilen mit scharfen Rändern sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablängsäge (4) eine in optimierter Weise gesteuerte kreisförmige Säge ist und dass die Ablängsäge (4) einen Hydrauliksteuerungszylinder (13) für die Bewegung des Sägeblatts (15) quer zur Bewegungsrichtung der Spur umfasst, und dass das Lager (12) des Sägeblatts (15) und des Antriebs (16) am durch diese gebildeten Schwerpunkt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Halteelemente (8, 10) für den Baumstamm (5) umfasst, welche vor und/oder nach der Ablängsäge (4) angeordnet sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteelemente (8, 10) vor der Ablängsäge (4) eingepasste Zentrierhaltepresszangen (8) und/oder nach der Ablängsäge (4) eingepasste Pressen (10) umfassen.
  9. Verfahren zur Handhabung von Baumstämmen unter Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, wobei die Baumstämme (5) mittels einer Abmessungsfördervorrichtung optimiert werden, zu der Ablängsäge (4) transportiert werden, auf eine feste Größe zugeschnitten werden und vorwärts transportiert werden um weiter bearbeitet zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transport der Baumstämme (5) zu der Ablängsäge (4) und von der Ablängsäge (4) weg mit Hilfe von Fördervorrichtungsteilen (1, 2, 3) erfolgt, welche scharfe Formen gegen die Oberfläche der Baumstämme (5) aufweisen, sodass die Baumstämme (5) vorwärts bewegt werden und auf die feste Größe in gesteuerter Weise ohne Rasterung und ohne Gleiten des Baumstamms (5) bezüglich seiner Bewegungsrichtung zugeschnitten werden.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung der Ablängsäge (4) gemäß den von der Abmessungsfördervorrichtung stammenden Daten optimiert wird, sodass keine überflüssige Sägebewegung stattfindet und sodass sich das Sägeblatt (15) so bewegt, dass es in der richtigen Entfernung zur Oberfläche des Baumstamms (5) gemäß den von der Abmessungsfördervorrichtung erhaltenen Daten wartet, und sodass die Zuführgeschwindigkeit des Sägeblatts (15) gemäß der Dicke des Baumstamms (5) optimiert ist, sodass sich die Zuführgeschwindigkeit des Sägeblatts (15) verringert, wenn es zu der längsten Schneidlinie kommt und sich danach wieder erhöht.
  11. Methode nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Fördervorrichtungsteil (3) nach dem Ablängschnitt (4), falls erforderlich, vorwärts bewegt, wodurch das überschüssige Stück des zu schneidenden Baumstamms (5) genug Raum hat, um durch die Fördervorrichtungen (2, 3) zu fallen, wonach der sich bewegende Fördervorrichtungsteil (3) zu seiner äußersten Position näher an der Ablängsäge (4) zurückkehrt.
