Claims (9)

  1.   3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    dans le cas d'une unité d'application comportant deux trains de rouleaux encreurs (5, 6, 7, 10) et de rouleaux encreurs (5, 6, 8, 12) par l'intermédiaire desquels les rouleaux applicateurs d'encre (11) sont alimentés en encre, l'interruption du flux d'encre a lieu dans les deux trains de rouleaux.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que,
    dans le cas d'une unité d'application comportant deux trains de rouleaux encreurs (5, 6, 7, 10) et de rouleaux encreurs (5, 6, 8, 12) qui alimentent les rouleaux applicateurs d'encre (11) en encre, le flux d'encre n'est interrompu que dans un train de rouleaux.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que
    la partie antérieure vue dans le sens de rotation du cylindre porte-plaque (15) des rouleaux applicateurs (11) continue à être alimentée en encre et que la partie postérieure des rouleaux applicateurs (11) est alimentée avec conséquemment moins d'encre si on sépare le train de rouleaux concerné des rouleaux encreurs (5, 6, 8, 12).
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que,
    la séparation du train de rouleaux encreurs (5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12) a lieu pendant la phase du démarrage de la production et/ou pendant la phase d'un redémarrage après une interruption de production.
  7. Dispositif de réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 1, au moyen d'un rouleau encrier (2) qui coopère avec un encrier (1) et des éléments doseurs d'encre, d'un rouleau releveur (3) qui est en contact avec le rouleau encrier (2) et un premier rouleau frotteur (4) et d'un certain nombre de rouleaux encreurs (5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12) en contact les uns avec les autres et formant un train de rouleaux et d'un ou plusieurs rouleaux applicateurs d'encre (11), le train de rouleaux pouvant être séparé à au moins un point par un moyen de positionnement en liaison de signaux avec un organe de commande,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'un signal indiquant la vitesse d'impression peut être acheminé vers l'organe de commande (21) et qu'une activation du moyen de positionnement (19, 20) permettant de créer un point de séparation (17, 18) est déclenchée par l'organe de commande (21) dans le train de rouleaux en cas d'augmentation de la vitesse d'impression pendant la production.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que,
    quand il y a deux points de séparation (17, 18) dans le train de rouleaux, les deux moyens de positionnement (19, 20) peuvent être activés par l'organe de commande (21).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que,
