Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von dünnen, gekräuselten Kabeln aus LOY-, POY- oder FOY-Filamenten, das umfassta) Aufspulen der einzelnen LOY-, POY- oder FOY-Filamentgarne jeweils für sich auf Spulen,b) Abziehen der einzelnen Garne von auf einem Spulengatter aufgebrachten Spulen, wobei die Anzahl der Spulen und der Titer der einzelnen Filamente bzw. Garne auf den Gesamttiter des dünnen, gekräuselten Kabels abgestimmt sind,c) Fachen der Filamentgarne,d) Versehen der gefachten Filamentgarne mit einer Präparation,e) Abziehen der gefachten, mit einer Präparation versehenen Filamentgarne mittels einer aus zwei Streckwerken (3, 4) bestehenden Streckvorrichtung, wobei in der Streckvorrichtung eine Verstreckung, Nachverstreckung, und/oder Spannungsvergleichmäßigung durch geringen Anspannverzug und Vorwärmung vorgenommen wird,f) anschließendes Erwärmen der Filamentgarne mittels einer Heizvorrichtung,g) Stauchkräuseln des fixierten Filamentgarnkabels,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Stauchkräuselung bei Geschwindigkeiten von 300 bis 500 m/min durchführt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man schmelzgesponnene Polyesterfilamente verwendet.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Mehrkomponenten-, insbesondere Bikomponentenfilamente verwendet.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zwei oder mehrere unterschiedliche Eigenschaften aufweisende Filamentarten verwendet.
- Verwendung der nach einem Verfahren gemäß mindestens einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5 erhaltenen gekräuselten Kabeln zur Herstellung von textilen Hygieneartikeln.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 6 zur on-line-Herstellung von textilen Hygieneartikeln.
