Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung soll im Folgenden beispielhaft anhand eines Elektroschleifgerätes erläutert werden, ohne dass jedoch eine Beschränkung hierauf vorgenommen werden soll. Die Erfindung kann grundsätzlich bei allen Handwerkzeugen eingesetzt werden, bei denen eine Staubentwicklung besteht bzw. Späne anfallen.
DE 198 31 383 A1 bekannt. Der Staubsammelbehälter ist hier als starrer Kunststoffbehälter ausgebildet, der auf den Abluftkanal eines Sanders aufgesteckt wird. Der Filter ist fest mit dem Gehäusedeckel des Staubauffangbehälters verbunden, so dass zum Wechsel des Filters der Staubauffangbehälter vom Gerät abgenommen werden muss. Es muss dann der Deckel entfernt werden und gegen einen neuen Deckel mit einem neuen Filter ausgetauscht werden. Gleiches gilt für das Entleeren des Staubauffangbehälters, wobei der Austausch des Deckels in diesem Fall entfallen kann.

Claims (17)
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, insbesondere Schleifwerkzeug, Hobel, Fräse oder Säge, mit einer Absaugeinrichtung und einer mit der Absaugeinrichtung zusammenwirkenden Staubaufnahmeeinrichtung (2), bei dem die Staubaufnahmeeinrichtung (2) von einem im wesentlichen starren, einen Staubsammelraum (4) bildenden am Maschinengehäuse (6) anbringbaren Gehäusebauteil (8) gebildet ist, in den ein Filtermittel (50) aufnehmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäusebauteil (8) Führungsmittel zur Aufnahme des Filtermittels umfasst und das Gehäusebauteil (8) eine durch einen Deckel (40) verschließbare Öffnung (60) aufweist zur Aufnahme des Filtermittels (50) und zum Entleeren des in dem Gehäusebauteil (8) angesammelten, angesaugten Staubes, wobei der Deckel (40) in der Montageposition, in der der Gehäusebauteil (8) mit dem Maschinengehäuse (6) verbunden ist, öffen- und schließbar ist, zum Austausch des Filtermittels (50) und zum Entleehren des Staubsammelraumes (4).
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäusebauteil (8) lösbar mit dem Maschinengehäuse (6) in seiner Montageposition verbunden ist, insbesondere mit diesem formschlüssig verrastbar ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet das das Gehäusebauteil (8) eine Längsstreckung aufweist, die in der Montageposition mit der Längserstreckung des Elektrohandwerkzeug zusammenfällt und das Gehäusebauteil (8) eine zum Elektrohandwerkzeug hin orientierte Stirnseite (12) aufweist, an der es mit der Absaugvorrichtung über einen Anschlussstutzen verbindbar ist, eine davon abgewandte Endseite (38) und zwei einander gegenüberliegende Längsseiten (30) sowie eine von dem Maschinengehäuse (6) abgewandte Bodenseite (34) und eine dem Maschinengehäuse (6) zugewandte Deckseite (32).
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (60) an der Endseite (38) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Maschinengehäuse (6) und der Deckseite (32) zumindest bereichsweise ein Abstand (26) in der Montageposition verbleibt und das Maschinengehäuse (6) in diesem Bereich als Griff (20) ausgebildet ist und das Gehäusebauteil (8) einen Griffschutz bildet gegen Berührungen eines Benutzers mit einem Werkstück oder dem Werkzeug (10).
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäusebauteil (8) Luftaustrittsöffnungen (28) aufweist, die insbesondere schlitzförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftaustrittsöffnungen (28) an der Boden- (34) und/oder Deckseite (32) bzw. den Längsseiten (30) vorgesehen sind.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (40) zum Verschließen der Öffnung (60) gelenkig an dem Gehäusebauteil (8) festgelegt ist und insbesondere in der geöffneten und der geschlossenen Stellung einrastbar ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Deckel (40) eine Dichtkante (46) vorgesehen ist, die mit einer umlaufenden Dichtkante in dem Gehäusebauteil (8) korrespondiert und sich hierin einfügt, wobei die Dichtkante insbesondere in die Führungsmittel integriert ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäusebauteil (8) als Zwei-Schalengehäuse ausgebildet ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filtermittel (50) ein Filtereinsatz bestehend aus einem Rahmen (52) und einem hiermit fest verbundenen Filter (54) ist und der Rahmen (52) mit den Führungsmitteln zusammenwirkt.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endseite (38) des Gehäusebauteils (8) eine Kabeltülle (16), die an dem Maschinengehäuse (6) angebracht ist und aus diesem hervorsteht, umgreift.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäusebauteil (8) mit dem Maschinengehäuse (6) dicht verbunden ist, wobei insbesondere im Gehäusebauteil (8) an der Stirnseite (12) oder der korrespondierenden Seite des Maschinengehäuse (6) eine umlaufende Dichtung, insbesondere ein O-Ring vorgesehen ist, gegen den das andere Bauteil anliegt.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (52) des Filtereinsatzes rechteckig gestaltet ist, so dass die Stirn- und Endseite des Filtermittels (50) gleich ausgebildet sind.
- Elektrohandwerkzeug, nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Filter (54) ein Faltenfilter ist, wobei ein Filterfalten-Abschluss (58), der insbesondere aus Kunststoff bestehen kann, einstückig an dem Rahmen (52) festglegbar ist.
