Abstract

  • 2. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steuervorrichtung, insbesondere für den Einsatz bei hydraulisch arbeitenden Hubeinrichtungen (10) zum Anheben und Absenken von Lasten, mit einem an eine Rücklaufleitung (26) der Hubeinrichtung (10) angeschlossenen, elektrisch ansteuerbaren Drosselventil (60) sowie mit einer Druckwaage (32), die mit mindestens einer Sperr(34)- und einer Regelstellung (36) versehen ist und die mit einer Entsperreinrichtung (44) zusammenwirkt. Dadurch, daß die Druckwaage (32) in ihrer Normalstellung die Rücklaufleitung (26) sperrt, daß durch Ansteuern der Entsperreinrichtung (44) die Druckwaage (32) beim Absenken der Last ihre Regelstellung einnimmt und daß bei einem Ausfall des Drosselventils (60) mittels der Entsperreinrichtung (44) die Druckwaage (32) in ihre Sperrstellung (34) bringbar ist oder bei einem Ausfall der Druckwaage (32) das Drosselventil (60) seine Sperrstellung (63) einnimmt, wird die eigentliche Lasthaltefunktion durch zwei in Reihe geschaltete geschlossene hydraulische Stellglieder, die einzeln elektrisch ansteuerbar sind, realisiert. Dadurch ist sowohl eine hydraulische als auch eine elektrische Redundanz der Lasthaltefunktion gegeben, so daß erhöhten Sicherheitsanforderungen genüge getan ist.
