Claims (12)
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression, comportant un moteur électrique (1) et une pompe (2) pour refouler un liquide de nettoyage, un piston (7) qui peut être déplacé par le liquide de nettoyage en fonction de sa pression ou de sa vitesse d'écoulement, et un interrupteur (10) électrique qui peut être actionné par le piston (7) lors de son déplacement, des lignes électriques (12) allant depuis la source de courant jusqu'aux bobines du moteur électrique (1) et agencées dans une caisse (9), des dispositifs montés sur la caisse (9) pour fixer la caisse (9) au boítier du moteur électrique (1) et/ou de la pompe (2), caractérisé en ce que l'interrupteur (10) est agencé dans la caisse (9), en ce que les parois de la caisse (9) présentent des percées (13) pour les lignes électriques, dans lesquelles sont agencés des contacts tournés vers l'extérieur, au moins une percée étant réalisée sous forme de prise de courant multiple (16), en ce que la caisse (9) est fixée avec une liaison par enfichage sur le boítier (17) et en ce que les prises de courant multiples (16) sont agencées sur la caisse de telle sorte que lorsqu'on fixe la caisse (9) sur le boítier du moteur électrique (1) et/ou de la pompe (2), au moins une prise de courant antagoniste fixée de manière adaptée sur le boítier est branchée de manière obligatoire.
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la prise de courant antagoniste est moulée sur le boítier du moteur électrique (1) et/ou de la pompe (2).
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la prise de courant antagoniste est fixée sur le flasque (17) du moteur électrique côté sortie.
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la ou les prises de courant antagonistes fixée(s) de manière adaptée au boítier du moteur électrique (1) et/ou de la pompe (2) et les fiches de raccordement sur la caisse (9) est(sont) aussi réalisée(s) pour fixer la caisse (9) sur le boítier de la pompe (2) et/ou du moteur électrique (1).
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une prise de courant antagoniste fixée de manière adaptée sur le boítier (9) contient les lignes de connexion électrique vers la bobine du moteur électrique (1).
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que dans la caisse est intégrée un thermorupteur qui contient un bilame traversé par le courant de la bobine.
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la caisse (9) présente des traversées . avec des contacts tournés vers l'extérieur pour enficher un condensateur (20).
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur de la caisse (9), les lignes électriques sont réalisées sous forme de pièces de tôle estampées et d'un seul tenant avec les contacts tournés vers l'extérieur.
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la caisse présente additionnellement une traversée (21) pour un dispositif de commutation à actionnement manuel pour l'interrupteur.
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la prise de courant multiple (18) est réalisée sous forme de prise femelle sur le boítier.
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie, côté boítier, de la liaison par enfichage entre la caisse et le boítier est moulée sur le boítier du moteur électrique et/ou de la pompe.
- Appareil de nettoyage sous haute pression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie côté boítier de la liaison par enfichage entre la caisse (9) et le boítier est moulée sur la flasque (17) côté sortie.
