Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a mortar-like missile to be fired from a pipe, which according to the preamble of claim 1 with an over-caliber Function position swing-out tail is equipped, which is Sliding wing or in particular around the rudder or stabilizing fins on the rear can act.
When firing a missile with an over-caliber tail from a tube the unfolding process of e.g. fins articulated to the tail of the missile first be initiated after leaving the pipe. For this are the particular ones Design adapted unlocking devices known. For example, describes DE 34 32 614 A1 a missile with a folded in at rest, inflatable body that is used to open wings of the missile a high-tension gas is applied from a pressure vessel that has to be carried for this purpose becomes, whereby it expands in the radial direction and thus a force on the folded wings.
Aufgrund der Abschuß-Beschleunigung wird jeder Sicherungsstift seiner Halterung entgegen verlagert, wodurch die Ausschwenk-Bewegung des jeweiligen Ruderblattes in seine überkalibrige Funktionsstellung freigegeben ist.DE 35 07 677 A1 discloses a missile with an empennage in the form of the rear structure articulated pivotally held transversely to the missile longitudinal axis Rudder blades, with a caliber-containing position until it is fired from the tube the rudder blades is ensured, which can then be released in a defined manner when fired. For this purpose there are positive locking means by means of sliding locking pins between each rudder end face and the lateral surface of the rear structure intended. Due to the launch acceleration, each locking pin shifted towards its holder, causing the pivoting movement of the respective rudder blade is released in its over-calibrated functional position.
A similar missile with an over-caliber tail, the rudder blades for the Storage, transport and launch folded into the missile structure and in this position are locked at the end until they are dependent on starting acceleration by a safety device to be opened for unfolding is from DE 37 21 512 C1 known. To a small-sized, functional safety device Realize all the rudder blades at the same time - but not too soon - for setting up is released, is in the start direction engaging in all rudder blades at the same time this axially displaceable stamp provided, which only when reduced the missile launch acceleration into its release position for all rudder blades shifted at the same time.
All of these known missiles, as a result of their, specifically point to the one just given Tail assembly safety devices to be designed a constructive and apparatus quite complex construction. To avoid such effort, it is also known for missiles that are swirl-free and therefore made of a smooth, i.e. no train having tube are shot, the tail surfaces can be extended at the missile tail when firing from the tube simply against its smooth inner surface to allow radial contact. This is particularly easy if it is is not a conventional radially foldable rudder blade (so-called fins) or wing, but rather so-called wrap around tailplane. These are bowl-shaped Guiding surfaces in the manner of hollow cylinder sections in their caliber-identical transfer position against the outer surface of the projectile and against the launch tube inside. Swivel with their mechanical release due to leaving the pipe them outward about axes parallel to the longitudinal axis of the missile.
However, a missile should be spin-stabilized and therefore made of a train-equipped one Pipe are shot, so are due to the extreme passage Acceleration forces occurring in the pipe Damage caused by cutting the trains in the tail surfaces sliding along it cannot be avoided. This can then improve the functionality of the missile during free flight e.g. because of deteriorate directional stability significantly.
The invention is based on the knowledge of these circumstances, the task Missile, in particular one to be placed in the manner of a swirl mortar projectile Missile, to be provided at the rear, parallel or parallel to the axis Tail surfaces can be swiveled transversely to the longitudinal direction of the projectile using simple constructive measures reliably and safely in their caliber-bearing position are fixed and just as reliable for issuing after leaving the tube be released in their over-calibrated functional position.
This object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Preferred training and further developments of the missile according to the invention are marked in the subclaims.
The invention with a safety pot for holding tail surfaces Missiles equipped in a sub-caliber position have the advantage that the caliber-like safety pot inside the rear of the missile provided wing in the folded storage position reliably and safely sets. The fuse box also has handling requirements optimal protection function in a magazine. This protective function not only refers to the said tail surfaces, but also to further ballistic located on the rear side towards the propellant gas space in the tube and sensory structures of the missile. Another very significant advantage of the missile equipped according to the invention is that the safety pot without the use of external energy after the missile emerges the tube is reliably dropped from the missile in order to issue to release the rudder or similar tail surfaces. This is done by means of the Overpressure of the propellant gases is reached, which is fired from the pipe in it burning propellants are generated behind the missile. That pressure can temporarily be up to 100 bar and even more. Through a bottom opening it also enters the inside of the pot behind the Missile tail on. After leaving the pipe there is this high pressure inside the pot suddenly only the atmospheric pressure opposite, so that the fuse pot from the internal pressure quickly and reliably from the rear of the missile is pushed off and thereby the wing or similar tail unit Swings out into their over-calibrated functional position. This swinging out takes place under the influence of the centrifugal forces of the shot under swirl Missile and can in a known manner by suitable propulsion systems such as spring elements, pyrotechnic force elements or the like. still promoted become.
To during the launch of the missile from the tube that is a smooth or preferably a drawn tube, the high pressure in the pressure chamber between the tail of the missile and the bottom of the above to ensure that the fuse holder is put on reliably, it is advisable if the wall of the pot is pressure-tight sealed against the tail of the missile. For this purpose, at least one sealing ring can be behind the tail unit pressure-tight sealing of the inside of the pot against the rear of the missile be provided. The same purpose is useful if the tail of the missile at least one sealing ring in front of the tail unit for pressure-tight sealing has opposite the pot wall. To define the Pressure space between the rear end face and the bottom of the pot can the rear end face with an annular contact surface and the Pot bottom with an annular abutment surface to be formed, the one another issue.
The pot casing can be temporarily attached to the rear of the missile using shear pins be fixed. The shear pins provide both a transport lock as well as an in-pipe fuse. The shear pins are dimensioned in such a way i.e. trained with predetermined breaking points that due to the large pressure in Pressure space between the rear face of the missile and the bottom of the pot the fuse pot relative to the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, as he after the missile emerges from the tube is reliable Separation of the fuse box from the tail of the missile is effected. This But pens are not sufficiently resilient to take the spin on the missile to transfer the pipe run from the trains to the wall of the Fuse pot is exercised. That is why is between the tail of the missile and the bottom of the pot arranged at least one slot nut, which is a relative rotation but prevents axially disengaging when the pot is dropped. About this intervention and the high pressure in the pressure chamber during acceleration of the missile in the tube, it is advisable if the bottom of the pot is thicker than the wall of the pot has.
The propellant gas inlet into the interior of the pot is advantageously with a directional function and therefore designed as a nozzle. The nozzle can have an externally threaded section have with which they are provided in a threaded through hole provided in the bottom of the pot is screwed in. The nozzle can have a central longitudinal hole have, which is connected to cross holes. With such training it is ensured that during the launch of the missile in the pressure chamber a correspondingly high pressure is built up by the propellant gases. The Pressure space in the pot is thus quasi in the tube with the propellant gases inflated to a correspondingly high pressure. From the large rear end face of the projectile and the correspondingly large pot base the fuse pot results in a correspondingly large, axially counter pressure force directed at the bottom of the pot, with which the safety pot is sheared off the locking pins after the missile emerges from the tube as a result of mentioned pressure difference from the tail of the missile is separated by about the surfaces articulated at the tail of the missile in their over-caliber flight position to swing out.
The missile according to the invention to be fired from a tube is thus with regard to ensuring a position that is still sub-calibrated at the start of its tailplane very simply constructed, whereby the fuse box not only a protective function for the tail unit to be kept folded and the rear side possesses ballistic and sensory structures, but also one Reliable release of the tail unit by dropping it from the tail of the missile guaranteed.

Lagerstellung in eine vom Heck 10 wegstehende, ausgeklappte Flugstellung
aufstellbar sind. Das Aufstellen kann drallbedingt erfolgen und beispielsweise
mittels (nicht gezeichneter) Federelemente unterstützt werden.Figure 1 and in particular Figure 2 show a portion of the
Am Heck 10 des Flugkörpers 12 ist ein Sicherungstopf 18 mittels Abscherstiften
20 gegen relative Axialverlagerung temporär festgelegt. In das Heck 10 um den
Umfang verteilt angeordnet eingelassene Nutsteine 62 greifen axial in Vertiefungen
The
18 mittels Schrauben 48 befestigt.The
Figures 3 and 4 illustrate an embodiment of the
hoher Gasdruck.
When the
In the case of a
The example representation of FIG. 5 shows a modification of that according to FIG
