Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Wickeln einer Warenbahn (5), miteiner Einrichtung (3, 3')zum Zuführen eines Wickelkörpers (4), auf den die Warenbahn zu einem Warenwickel (6) aufgewickelt wird,einer ersten, horizontal ausgerichteten Wickelwalze (1), über die die Warenbahn dem Wickelkörper zugeführt wird, undeiner zweiten, horizontal ausgerichteten Wickelwalze (2), die in abstützendem Kontakt mit dem Warenwickel steht und gemeinsam mit dem fertigen Warenwickel von der ersten Wickelwalze wegschwenkbar ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Zuführen des Wickelkörpers (4) derart angeordnet ist, daß ein neuer Wickelkörper von unten gegen die Warenbahn (5) geführt wird, so daß die von unten um die erste Wickelwalze (1) geführte Warenbahn auf den neuen Wickelkörper (4) übergeleitet wird und diesen teilweise umschlingt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Gegenhaltevorrichtung (7), die zwischen einer Ruhe- und einer Arbeitsstellung hin- und herbewegbar ist, wobei sie bei einer Bewegung von der Ruhe- in die Arbeitsstellung mit der Warenbahn (5) derart in Kontakt kommt, daß sich der Umschlingungswinkel der Warenbahn um den neuen Wickelkörper (4) vergrößert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (8) zum Querschneiden der Warenbahn in einem Bereich zwischen dem abgeschwenkten Warenwickel (6) und dem neuen Wickelkörper (4).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenhaltevorrichtung (7) einen vorderen Kontaktbereich (7a) und einen hinteren Kontaktbereich (7b) aufweist, wobei die Warenbahn (5) in der Arbeitsstellung der Gegenhaltevorrichtung über den vorderen und hinteren Kontaktbereich geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (8) zum Querschneiden der Warenbahn, die bezüglich der Gegenhaltevorrichtung (7) auf der anderen Seite der Warenbahn (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (8) zum Querschneiden der Warenbahn, die bezüglich der Gegenhaltevorrichtung (7) auf der anderen Seite der Warenbahn (5) angeordnet ist, und mit dieser derart zusammenwirkt, daß der Schnitt der Warenbahn im Bereich zwischen dem vorderen und hinteren Kontaktbereich (7a, 7b) der Gegenhaltevorrichtung erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenhaltevorrichtung (7) einen Tragarm (7c) aufweist, an dessen einen Ende ein doppelarmiger Hebelarm (7e) schwenkbeweglich gelagert ist, der an seinem einen Ende einen vorderen Kontaktbereich (7a) und an seinem anderen Ende einen hinteren Kontaktbereich (7b) aufweist, wobei die Warenbahn in der Arbeitsstellung der Gegenhaltevorrichtung über den vorderen und hinteren Kontaktbereich geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Kontaktbereich (7a) der Gegenhaltevorrichtung (7) durch eine abgerundete, im Querschnitt etwa dreieckförmige Leiste gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Kontaktbereich (7a) in der Arbeitsstellung der Gegenhaltevorrichtung (7) in den von der ersten Wickelwalze (1) und dem neuen Wickelkörper (4) gebildeten, nach unten offenen Zwickel (16) weist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Kontaktbereich (7a) in der Arbeitsstellung der Gegenhaltevorrichtung (7) in den von der ersten Wickelwalze (1) und dem neuen Wickelkörper (4) gebildeten, nach unten offenen Zwickel (16) weist und dieser vordere Kontaktbereich als eine mit Druckgas beaufschlagbare Düse (17) ausgebildet ist, um - nach dem Querschneiden der Warenbahn - das abgeschnittene Ende (5a) in den zwischen der ersten Wickelwalze und dem neuen Wickelkörper gebildeten Zwickel (16) zu blasen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wickelkörper (4) einen eigenen Antrieb aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführeinrichtung (3) eine Hubvorrichtung (3a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführeinrichtung (3') einen Schwenkarm (3'a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Warenwickel (6) während des Wickelns in abstützendem Kontakt mit der ersten und der zweiten Wikkelwalze (1,2) steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Wickelwalze (2) einen eigenen Antrieb aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ferner Führungsschienen (12) zur Führung der Enden des Wickelkörpers (4) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführeinrichtung zwei Haltemittel (3b) aufweist, die zur Halterung des Wickelkörpers (4) seitlich in diesen einführbar sind.
