Definitions
- the invention relates to a building made of wood-based material, in particular of wood-based panels with the features of the introductory part of independent claim 1.
- GB-A-2 287 047 shows a building of the type mentioned above made of wood-based panels, e.g. Chipboard, wherein the outer walls, the inner walls and the ceiling elements are double-shelled and wherein between the plates cavities are provided.
- the multi-layered elements that make up the building are joined together on site, ie when erecting the building of slabs and spacers.
- the invention has for its object to provide a building, in particular a residential building available, which can be freely planned and exclusively or at least predominantly from wood-based panels, in particular chipboard consists.
- the building according to the invention consists of chipboard, it can be freely planned, and in particular because according to a proposal of the invention, the wood-based panels are integrally formed in at least one direction of the outer walls, the inner walls, the ceiling and / or the roof.
- the concept according to the invention also makes it possible to plan the building using the Internet by entering the desired design and size of the house via a corresponding Internet page ("Homepage") of an interested party.
- the data calculated in this way can be used directly to control the plants of the manufacturer of the wood-based panels.
- the outer walls, inner walls and ceiling and roof elements, which make up the building according to the invention are formed at least two shells, wherein between the plates by spacers, such as spacer strips or spacer blocks, defined cavities are present, in which e.g. Installations can be accommodated.
- the cavities in the outer walls interior walls and ceiling and roof elements can also be used for hot air heating or for cooling the building.
- the cavity in the outer walls, inner walls, ceiling and roof elements that make up the house can be partially filled in order to adapt the insulation properties, in particular the soundproofing properties of the plates, to the respective needs.
- the cavities in the outer walls, inner walls, ceiling and roof elements that make up the building according to the invention can be filled with any desired materials.
- the material optionally contained in the outer walls of inner walls and ceiling and roof elements can also be chosen (eg Concrete, lightweight concrete, etc.), that a building is formed which is at least partially designed as a solid building.
- the cavities in the walls are connected to the cavities in the ceiling and / or roof elements, so that an overall heating or - cooling of the building and thus a particularly uniform room temperature is possible.
- This also makes it possible to air-condition the building without special effort by connecting the cavities to an air conditioning system.
- an air-heat pump can be used for heating the building.
- the roof elements can be provided with a conventional cover.
- chipboards are particularly preferred.
- chipboard in the form of made of long, slender, aligned wood chips with a predetermined shape and thickness and a binder multilayer boards.
- the wood chips in the outer layers are aligned parallel to the plate length or width; the wood chips in the middle layer may be randomly arranged or are generally oriented perpendicular to the wood chips of the outer layer.
- the flat chips used for producing such plates generally have a length of about 60 mm, a width of 35 mm and a thickness of 0.6 mm.
- the chips Due to the cutting process as well as due to the further processing (drying, sieving, transport, gluing, spreading), however, the chips (chip fractures, warping, curling, buckling of the chips) are damaged and have a relatively large fine fraction (small, non-definable chip geometry ) effect the chip material.
- the chips of the cover layers since a part of the fine material can be screened out again, usually have a lower fines content than those chips of the middle layers.
- chipboard from long, slender, aligned wood chips of predetermined shape and thickness, which are bonded to a single-layer plate with a binder can be used.
- the orientation of the wood chips is substantially uniform over the entire thickness of the plates.
- a cross-scattered middle class is not provided.
- the spacers may be made of wood material and, for example, be appropriately sized wood chipboard. This opens up the possibility to produce the wood-based panels already in the production plant of the plates in the required size and with the required edge formations. Such wood chipboard are sufficiently stable, so that they also meet the static requirements of the building, without additional measures are required.
- wood-based panels are preferably made of two chipboards arranged therebetween, the plates spaced from each other and the cavities between the plates defining strips or blocks produced, the plates connected to the spacer elements, in particular glued, used.
- wood-based panels are used, e.g. on its (inner) side facing the bounded space, a single plate, for example a chipboard, and on its outside two directly interconnected, e.g. glued panels, preferably chipboard, have, wherein the single plate and the double plate on the spacer elements (blocks or strips) are interconnected.
- wood-based panels can be used in which a plate, preferably a chipboard, is provided inside and outside, which are connected by thicker spacer elements or multi-layer spacers in the form of blocks or strips spaced together, for example glued, are.
- the inner walls and / or outer walls can be joined together with a horizontal push, so that continuous inner walls or outer walls are formed in the horizontal direction.
- the ceiling and / or roof elements also go through in at least one direction and are coupled together, for example via hook-like Randausbidache.
- the described construction of the building according to the invention allows this to be freely planned, with the individual parts of the building (interior walls, exterior walls, ceiling and roof elements) already made in the factory in which the plates (eg the chipboard) are made according dimensioned and then transported directly to the construction site.
