Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a metering device, in particular for liquid color concentrates for plaster coloring, with a Mixing plant in the construction sector, especially a plaster or Mortar mixer is coupled.
Mortars for interior and exterior plasters are mixed in to a large extent mechanically, also electrically in the exterior plaster controlled and operated different mixing, mortar mixing, combined mortar mixing and conveying systems (so-called silo mixing pumps) as well as mixing pumps and the like become. Mixing pumps of this type form a relatively compact one Mixing plant and create the dry mixes and water desired mortar, which is pulled off directly with a pump, over Hose lines conveyed to the site and with a Spray head is applied to the wall surface with compressed air.
The aforementioned, various mixing and mortar mixing systems (hereinafter referred to as the mixing plant) are used for production of plastering mortars for interior and exterior plasters with factory Dry mixes (WTM) used, which different Additives and additives mixed in dry form become. Especially those for the production of colored plaster facades used, factory-made with dry color pigments Colored dry mixes require a lot of effort Production, transport and disposal of the remaining quantities. moreover the silos for a different color have to be laborious getting cleaned. The factory-colored dry mixes thus result in many disadvantages that the use of all economic advantages stand in the way, so solutions like the coloring of the dry mixtures only at Mortar mixing process should be aimed for.
Auch bei der in der DE 38 30 479 A1 beschriebenen Anlage ist bereits aufgrund der Größe ein Anschließen an mobile Mischanlagen kaum möglich.DE 27 04 391 A1 describes such a system in which Partial quantities of the mortar water required in a container be colored with an agitator. According to the necessary, extensive storage container as well the corresponding units, however, is very space-consuming and complex. DE 91 05 101 U1 describes also a dosing device in which the medium is outdoors Case fills a dosing chamber and after filling the chamber with Pressure is released. This system is also portable Dosing system hardly suitable for mixing systems on the construction site, because the system and its aggregates are very large. Even with the system described in DE 38 30 479 A1 is already due the size of a connection to mobile mixing systems hardly possible.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a simple to be connected and compact dosing device for mobile To provide mixing plants or continuous mixers, all for the dosage required devices to the Dosing device safely and synchronously to a mixing plant to be able to operate.
This object is achieved by a metering device according to claim 1 solved. Preferred configurations are in the dependent ones Claims specified.
All necessary devices are in a compact system summarized so that the metering device in combination with a mixing plant by interposing it in the power connection is easy to connect and can be operated synchronously. In the event of a malfunction / malfunction, the Dosing device integrated control unit automatic shutdown so that no shortages are mixed and subsidized and damage to the mixing plant (e.g. through Dry running) can be avoided. There is little space claimed so that the dosing device also on construction sites is easy to transport and to the mobile mixing plant can be connected. The synchronous control (with automatic forced shutdown in the event of a fault) in the mixing system the dosing device is made via the simple connection with the power cable and the one integrated in the dosing device Control unit in a particularly reliable manner.
It is particularly advantageous that the metering device from the power supply leading to the mixing plant can be and therefore synchronous with the mixing plant without additional cable connections can be operated. Advantageous is also that all necessary for dosing Devices fully assembled and correctly assigned are so that no confusion occurs on the construction site, no parts are lost, forgotten or damaged can and therefore the dosing device in a safe manner can be connected. Another major advantage is that through multiple operational safeguards in the control of the Dosing device of the water inflow to the mixing plant, the Dosing pump and other components in the operation of the mixing plant can also be monitored.
It is therefore advantageous that only the usual connections of the Mixing system must be installed and the entire system without special precautions completely synchronized and monitored works and no special cable feeds Dosing device needed. Furthermore, the clear, easily accessible arrangement of each, simple replaceable components advantageous, especially those from the outside easily accessible control unit as well as the simple ones Fastening parts for connecting the dosing device to a Mixing system or pump. Another advantage is that the Dosing device for almost every mains and control voltage Mixing plant is suitable.
The invention is described below using an exemplary embodiment described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
