Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de fonctionnement d'une station mobile (10), comprenant :

Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ordinateur se trouve dans un centre de contrôle associé à un fournisseur de service de réseau, et dans lequel l'ordinateur détermine, pour la station mobile, une indication d'une occurrence d'une défaillance dans la station mobile, d'une défaillance dans un système du fournisseur de service réseau, et/ou d'un état sans défaillance.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la réception comprend en outre la mise à disposition de l'indication pour un utilisateur de la station mobile.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'ordinateur se trouve dans un centre de diagnostic à distance, et dans lequel l'ordinateur détermine, pour la station mobile, une indication d'une occurrence d'une défaillance dans la station mobile, d'une défaillance dans un système du fournisseur de service réseau, et/ou d'un état sans défaillance.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la réception comprend en outre la mise à disposition de l'indication pour un utilisateur de la station mobile individuelle.
  9. Station mobile (10) comprenant un émetteur-récepteur sans fil (14, 16) destiné à établir des communications bidirectionnelles avec un réseau sans fil (32), ladite station mobile comprenant en outre une mémoire (24) et un contrôleur (18) couplé à ladite mémoire et audit émetteur-récepteur, ledit contrôleur étant conçu pour déterminer, pendant le fonctionnement de ladite station mobile, un ensemble de données liées à la performance et pour stocker ledit ensemble déterminé de données (24A) liées à la performance dans ladite mémoire, dans laquelle lesdites données liées à la performance comprennent des informations qui représentent à la fois des conditions normales et anormales dans le réseau et dans la station mobile, ledit contrôleur réagissant à une occurrence d'un événement de déclenchement en transmettant ledit ensemble ou un sous-ensemble desdites données liées à la performance à un ordinateur (33A) pour analyse ;
    caractérisée en ce que l'événement de déclenchement comprend une réception par la station mobile d'un message crypté indiquant de transmettre l'ensemble ou le sous-ensemble de données liées à la performance, et en ce que ledit contrôleur réagit à la réception du message en décryptant le message reçu en utilisant une clé publique (24B) associée stockée dans la station mobile et en transmettant l'ensemble ou le sous-ensemble de données liées à la performance en réponse uniquement à un décryptage correct du message crypté,
    dans laquelle en outre la clé publique stockée dans la station mobile est une clé d'un ensemble de clés publiques stockées dans la station mobile, les éléments individuels de l'ensemble de clés publiques étant associés à des applications exécutables par la station mobile en coopération avec une commande cryptée et/ou d'un ensemble de données cryptées reçus du réseau sans fil, la commande et les données cryptées étant décryptées par la station mobile en utilisant la clé associée de l'ensemble de clés publiques.
  10. Station mobile selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle lesdites données liées à la performance sont stockées dans au moins un des compteurs et registres matériels et des emplacements de mémoire fonctionnant comme des compteurs et de registres.
  11. Station mobile selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans laquelle lesdites données liées à la performance sont composées d'un décompte d'appels rompus et/ou d'une indication d'un résultat d'un mode de fonctionnement en autotest de la station mobile.
  12. Station mobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, dans laquelle ledit ordinateur comprend une partie d'un centre de contrôle (33) associé à un fournisseur de service de réseau (32), et dans laquelle l'ordinateur est conçu pour déterminer pour la station mobile, une indication d'une occurrence d'une défaillance dans ladite station mobile, d'une défaillance dans un système dudit fournisseur de service réseau, et/ou d'un état sans défaillance.
  13. Station mobile selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit centre de contrôle est conçu pour transmettre ladite indication audit contrôleur de station mobile par le biais dudit émetteur-récepteur de station mobile.
  14. Station mobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, dans laquelle ledit ordinateur se trouve dans un centre de diagnostic à distance (3 8), et dans laquelle l'ordinateur est conçu pour déterminer, pour la station mobile, une indication d'une occurrence d'une défaillance dans ladite station mobile, d'une défaillance dans un système dudit fournisseur de service réseau et/ou d'un état sans défaillance.
  15. Station mobile selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle ledit centre de diagnostic est conçu pour transmettre ladite indication audit contrôleur de station mobile par le biais dudit émetteur-récepteur de station mobile.
