Claims (4)
- Trägerbauteil, insbesondere einer Tragstruktur eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit einem schalenförmigen, Metall umfassenden Grundkörper, in dessen Innenraum Verstärkungsrippen aus angespritztem Kunststoff angeordnet sind, wobei der Grundkörper an seiner Innenwand wenigstens eine Ausnehmung aufweist, die mit dem Kunststoff gefüllt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (3) aus mehreren Schichten (4, 5, 6) besteht, von denen zumindest zwei Metallschichten (4, 5) sind, die zwischen sich eine Kunststoffschicht (6) aufnehmen, und dass die Ausnehmung (14) wenigstens die die Innenwand (7) bildende Metallschicht (4) durchsetzt.
- Trägerbauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (14) als Durchbruch (16) ausgebildet ist und somit die Wandung (W) des Grundkörpers (3) durchsetzt.
- Trägerbauteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der angespritzte Kunststoff für die Verstärkungsrippen (10) den Durchbruch (16) durchgreift und an der Außenwand (8) des Grundkörpers (3) eine Querschnittserweiterung (17) aufweist.
- Trägerbauteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsrippen (10) und die Kunststoffschicht (6) des Grundkörpers (3) aus demselben Kunststoff bestehen.
