Description
- das Coregarn-Filament braucht in manchen Fällen nicht genau auf die Perforation geführt zu werden; auch bei seitlichem Zuführen kann es hierbei mittig auf die Perforationsspur gesaugt werden,
- das auf die Perforation gesaugte Coregarn-Filament wird mittig dem ebenfalls auf die Perforationsspur gesaugten Faserverband zugeführt.

Claims (8)
- Spinnmaschine zum Herstellen von Coregarn, mit einem mindestens eine Faserlunte verziehenden Streckwerk (1), an welches eine die Faserlunte (3, 68, 68') verdichtende Verdichtungszone (34) mit einer umlaufenden, mit mindestens einer Perforationsspur (23) versehenen, unter Saugzug stehenden Verdichtungseinrichtung (22) anschließt und
mit einer Einrichtung zum Zuführen von Filament (12) zu der Faserlunte (3, 68, 68') vor der Verdichtungseinrichtung (22)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdichtungszone (34) für den Faserverband (3, 68, 68') eine Ansaugzone (34') für das Filament (12) in Laufrichtung des Verdichtungselements (38, 18) vorgeordnet ist. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdichtungszone (34) und die Ansaugzone (34') strömungsmäßig getrennt voneinander ausgebildet sind.
- Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdichtungseinrichtung (22) im Zuführbereich für das Filament (12) mindestens eine weitere, unter der Perforationsspur (23) angeordnete Saugöffnung (50, 50') aufweist.
- Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 3, bei welcher die Verdichtungseinrichtung (22) einen Saugschuh (33) und einen diesen umschlingenden, mit Perforationen (24) der Perforationsspur (23) versehenes Saugriemchen (38) aufweist.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugschuh (33) auf seiner der Verdichtungszone (34) abgekehrten Seite unter der Perforationsspur (23) des Saugriemchens (38) liegende Saugöffnung (50) aufweist. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 3, bei welcher die Verdichtungseinrichtung (22) als Siebtrommel (18) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebtrommel (18) vor der Verdichtungszone (34) die Saugöffnung (50') aufweist.
- Spinnmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, bei welcher die Verdichtungseinrichtung (22) zum Herstellen von Scheinzwirn (66) mit zwei, eine Saugeinrichtung (28, 33') umschlingenden Perforationsspuren (23) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Perforationsspuren (23) eine dritte Perforationsspur (23') für das Filament (12) angeordnet ist, welcher auf der Oberseite des Saugschuhs (33') die Saugöffnung (50, 50') zugeordnet ist. - Spinnereimaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugöffnung (50, 50') mit einem Absperrventil verbunden ist.
- Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das steuerbare Absperrventil nur bei Stillsetzen einer Spindel der Spinnmaschine öffenbar ist.
