Claims (15)
- Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung, enthaltend ein Schaftgehäuse (2), an dessen vorderem Ende (4) ein Beschichtungsmaterial-Spritzkopf (6) befestigt oder befestigbar ist, der einen Beschichtungsmaterial-Abgabeauslaß bildet, ein Anschlußstück (8), welches zum Anschluß von mindestens einem Leitungselement in Form eines elektrischen Stromkabels (84) und/oder mindestens eines Druckgasschlauches am hinteren Ende (10) des Schaftgehäuses (2) befestigt oder befestigbar ist und eine Durchgangsöffnung (12) in Schaftlängsrichtung aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein rohrartiger Befestigungshohlkörper (16) zur Befestigung des Anschlußstückes (8) an dem Schaftgehäuse (2) vorgesehen ist, daß der Befestigungshohlkörper (16) in die Durchgangsöffnung (12) des Anschlußstückes (8) in Schaftlängsrichtung einsetzbar ist, daß der Befestigungshohlkörper (16) einen Ankoppelungsabschnitt (18) zum Ankoppeln am Schaftgehäuse (2) und eine nach vorne zeigende Spannfläche (22) aufweist, mit welcher das Anschlußstück (8) in Richtung zum Schaftgehäuse (2) spannbar ist durch das Ankoppeln des Befestigungshohlkörpers (16) an das Schaftgehäuse (2), und daß der Befestigungshohlkörper (16) eine Durchgangsöffnung (19) in Schaftlängsrichtung aufweist, durch welche das Beschichtungsmaterialrohr (14) in Schaftlängsrichtung in das Schaftgehäuse (2) steckbar ist. - Spritzbeschichtungvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungshohlkörper (16) eine Hohlschraube ist, deren Ankoppelungsabschnitt ein Gewinde (18) zum Schrauben in ein am Schaftgehäuse (2) angeordnetes Gewinde (20) aufweist. - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterialrohr (14) mittels des Befestigungshohlkörpers (16) befestigbar (27,28,31) ist. - Spritzbeschichtungvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußstück (8) an seinem vorderen Ende einen anderen äußeren Umfang als das hintere Ende (10) des Schaftgehäuses (2) hat, und daß ein Übergangsstück (42) vorgesehen ist, welches ein dem Umfang des Schaftgehäuses (2) angepaßtes vorderes Ende (44) und ein dem Umfang des Anschlußstückes (8) angepaßtes hinteres Ende (46) hat, und daß das Übergangsstück (42) zwischen einer nach vorne zeigenden Querfläche (48) des Anschlußstückes (8) und einer nach hinten zeigenden Fläche (50) des Schaftgehäuses (2) in Längsrichtung des Schaftgehäuses (2) einspannbar ist durch den rohrartigen Befestigungshohlkörper (16). - Spritzbeschichtungvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einander benachbarten Stirnflächen des Schaftgehäuses (2) und des Anschlußstückes (8) eine Dichtung (56) je druckluftdicht daran anliegend angeordnet ist. - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dichtung (56) zwischen einander benachbarten Stimflächen des Schaftgehäuses (2) und/oder darin untergebrachten Elementen (58) einerseits und des Übergangsstückes (42) andererseits angeordnet ist und daran dichtendanliegt. - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich durch das Anschlußstück (8) mindestens ein Druckgaskanal (68) erstreckt, dessen vorderem Ende das hintere Ende von mindestens einem im Schaftgehäuse (2) gebildeten Druckgaskanal (66) gegenüberliegt zur Druckgasübertragung zwischen ihnen. - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil des Anschlußstückes (8) als Fassung (80) zur Aufnahme und Befestigung eines Kabelanschlußkörpers (82) eines Stromkabels (84) ausgebildet ist. - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fassung (80) eine im Anschlußstück (8) von hinten nach vorne durchgehende Durchgangsöffnung zur Aufnahme des Kabelanschlußkörpers (82) aufweist, daß der Kabelanschlußkörper (82) an seinem vorderen Ende mindestens ein elektrisch leitendes Kontaktelement (86, 87) aufweist zur Kontaktierung von mindestens einem elektrisch leitenden Kontaktelement (88, 89), welches am hinteren Ende des Schaftgehäuses (2) positioniert ist. - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem der beiden Teile Anschlußstück (8) oder Kabelanschlußkörper (82) mindestens ein quer wegragender Verriegelungsvorsprung (90) und an dem betreffenden anderen Teil eine Verriegelungsbahn (92) zur Aufnahme des Verriegelungsvorsprunges gebildet ist, daß die Verriegelungsbahn einen in Längsrichtung der Durchgangsöffnung der Fassung (80) für den Kabelanschlußkörper (82) verlaufenden, nach hinten offenen Bahnabschnitt (94) und einen sich an diesen quer anschließenden, in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Bahnabschnitt (96) mit einer nach vorne zeigenden Verriegelungsfläche (98) aufweist, hinter welche der in den Längsrichtungs-Bahnabschnitt (94) von hinten nach vorne eingesteckte Verriegelungsvorsprung (90) drehbar ist durch Drehen des Kabelanschlußkörpers (82) relativ zum Anschlußstück (8). - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Rohrende des Beschichtungsmaterialrohres (14) mit einem Schlauchanschlußmittel (34, 36) zum Anschließen eines Schlauches versehen ist. - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußstück (8) einen Befestigungsabschnitt (108) zum Befestigen an einem Trägerelement (110) aufweist, wobei das Trägerelement (110) auf dem Befestigungsabschnitt (108) einen wackelfreien Sitz bildet. - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem der beiden Teile Anschlußstück (8) oder Trägerelement (110) eine, quer zur Längsrichtung des Beschichtungsmaterialrohres (14) federelastische, Raste (120) befestigt ist, und daß der betreffende andere der beiden Teile (8, 110) eine Rastfläche (128) aufweist, hinter welche die Raste (120) selbsttätig durch ihre Federkraft einrastbar ist, wenn das Trägerelement (110) auf das Anschlußstück (8) bis zu einer definierten Endposition aufgesteckt ist, um die beiden Teile bezüglich einer axialen Trennung voneinander zu sperren. - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Ladungsteilchen-Ableiterelektrode (132) über einen elektrisch leitenden Teil des Anschlußstückes (8) an Erdpotential anschließbar ist zum Ableiten von überschüssigen elektrischen Ladungsteilchen, die von mindestens einer Hochspannungselektrode (74) zur elektrischen Aufladung des Beschichtungsmaterials erzeugbar sind. - Spritzbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 in Kombination mit Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Übergangsstück (42) ein elektrischer Kontakt (136) zur Kontaktierung eines elektrisch leitenden Teils des Anschlußstückes (8) vorgesehen ist, und daß mit dem elektrischen Kontakt (136) ein elektrischer Leiter (134) verbindbar ist, der an die mindestens eine Ladungsteilchen-Ableiterelektrode (132) angeschlossen ist.
