  2. Corner guide according to Claim 1, characterised in that the retaining means (16, 17) are arranged on the side of the C-rail (13) facing away from the face plate rail (8).
  3. Corner guide according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the retaining means (16, 17) are designed as tongues forming angle elements of the C-rail (13, 18).
  4. Corner guide according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the retaining means (16) are arranged at an edge of the C-rail (13) engaging laterally around the espagnolette device (12).
  5. Corner guide according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the retaining means (17) are arranged on a base (19) of the C-rail (18) connecting the edges with one another.
  6. Corner guide according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that retaining means (16, 17) provided to support mutually opposed walls of the fitting slot (5, 20) are offset in the longitudinal direction of the C-rail (13, 18) and/or in its height.
