Claims (5)
- Elektrischer Leistungsschalter (1) mit einer lösbaren Verbindung zwischen einer Schaltkontaktanordnung (4) und einer diese betätigenden Schaltwelle (8), wobei die Schaltkontaktanordnung (4) zwischen zwei voneinander trennbaren Gehäusekörpern (2, 3) des Leistungsschalters (1) aufgenommen ist und wobei ferner ein in einem Kontaktträger (13) der Schaltkontaktanordnung (4) aufgenommener Koppelbolzen in eine mit der Schaltwelle (8) verbundene Hebelanordnung (16, 17, 18) eingreift,
gekennzeichnet durch ein Haltestück (28) zum Fixieren der Schaltwelle (8) in einer zum Trennen und erneuten Verbinden der Hebelanordnung (16, 17, 18) mit dem Kontaktträger (13) geeigneten Stellung. - Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennnzeichnet, dass das Haltestück (28) als Griffhebel ausgebildet ist und ein Kupplungsorgan zur drehschlüssigen Kupplung mit der Schaltwelle (8) aufweist. - Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennnzeichnet, dass das Haltestück (28) einen zur Ausübung eines Drehmomentes auf die Schaltwelle dienenden Griffteil (31) sowie eine den Griffteil (31) durchsetzende Durchgangsöffnung (34) zur Aufnahme eines das Haltestück (28) in einer Endstellung festlegendes Befestigungsmittel (35) besitzt. - Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 3 mit einem den vorderen Gehäusekörper (3) frontseitig abdeckenden und lösbar an diesem zu befestigenden Bedienpult (9), gekennzeichnet durch eine Bemessung des Haltestückes (28) derart, dass dieses in seiner Endstellung mit dem Griffteil (31) an einer für das Bedienpult (9) vorgesehenen Auflagefläche (329 am vorderen Gehäusekörper (3) anliegt und dass die Durchgangsöffnung (34) mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung (33) für ein Befestigungsmittel des Bedienpultes (9) korrespondiert.
- Verfahren zum Aus- und Einbau der Schaltkontaktanordnung (4) eines Leistungsschalters (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:j) Entfernen des Bedienpultes (9) des Leistungsschalters (1),k) Ansetzen des Haltestückes (28) an die Schaltwelle (8) und Drehen der Schaltwelle (8) bis in eine vorgesehene Endstellung,l) Befestigung des Haltestückes zur Aufrechterhaltung der Endstellung,m) Lösen von Befestigungsmitteln zur Trennung der die Schaltkontaktanordnung (4) aufnehmenden Gehäusekörper (2, 3),n) Lösen der Verbindung zwischen dem Kontaktträger (13) und der Hebelanordnung (16, 17, 18),o) Entnahme der Schaltkontaktvorrichtung (4) und Einsetzen einer anderen Schaltkontaktanordnung (36),p) Herstellen der Verbindung zwischen der Hebelanordnung (16, 17, 18) und dem Kontaktträger (13),q) Zusammenfügen der Gehäusekörper (2, 3) und Einsetzen der zugehörigen Befestigungsmittel,r) Entfernen des Haltestückes (28),l) Montage des Bedienpultes (9).
