Claims (6)

en cas de surcharge, les unités de piston-cylindre (4) de chaque segment de rouleau (1) sont commutées en étapes successives d'un fonctionnement à position réglable vers un fonctionnement à pression réglable pour guider et/ou comprimer la barre de coulée (6) et qu'on va avec une pression réduite ou dans un état de commutation hors pression jusqu'à l'état de commutation pour une ouverture limitée d'un segment de rouleau jusqu'à une distance d'intervalle (12) entre une position pivotée vers l'intérieur (10) d'un bras de levier (9b) et un contre-palier (11) du châssis supérieur de segment (2). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que,
à l'état de commutation hors pression, la force pondérale du châssis supérieur de segment (2) et la force de frottement du guide de cylindre de l'unité piston-cylindre (4) sont utilisées comme force de fermeture. - Procédé selon une des revendications 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que, à l'état de commutation d'ouverture limitée du châssis supérieur de segment (2), un intervalle maximal des segments de rouleau (1) par rapport à la barre de coulée est respecté. - Dispositif d'approche d'un plusieurs segments de rouleau (1) dans une installation de coulée continue pour les métaux, notamment pour les matériaux acier, dont les rouleaux (1a) dans le châssis supérieur de segment (2) et dans le châssis inférieur de segment (3) peuvent être éloignés les uns des autres au moyen de paires (4) d'unités hydrauliques de piston-cylindre (4) sur des traverses de châssis (5) lorsque la pression à l'intérieur de la paire respective (4) d'unités de piston-cylindre à position et/ou pression réglable atteint une valeur maximale prédéterminée ;
caractérisé en ce que,
en cas de surcharge, les unités de piston-cylindre (4) de chaque segment de rouleau (1) sont réglables en étapes successives et commutables pour guider et/ou comprimer la barre de coulée (6), ce réglage pouvant avoir lieu sous pression réduite ou dans un état de commutation hors pression jusqu'à l'état de commutation pour une ouverture limitée d'un segment de rouleau et qu'une limitation d'avancement réglable (7) est installée dans la course du châssis supérieur de segment (2) du moins sur une distance d'intervalle (12) dans la course entre une position pivotée vers l'intérieur (10) d'un bras de levier (9b) et un contre-palier (11) du châssis supérieur de segment (2). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la limite d'avancement (7) est disposée entre le châssis supérieur de segment (2) et le châssis inférieur de segment (3). - Dispositif selon une des revendications 4 ou 5,
caractérisé en ce que
la limite d'avancement (7) est associée à chaque unité de piston-cylindre (4) à proximité immédiate.
