Claims (9)

  1. Spannvorrichtung (1) umfassend eine obere Backe (4) mit einer Spannfläche (4a) und eine untere Auflage (3) mit einer Auflagefläche (3a), wobei die Backen unter der Einwirkung von Vorspannmitteln entlang einer Bewegungsachse (ZZ') relativ zueinander beweglich sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannvorrichtung eine Einfahreinrichtung aufweist, mit der entweder die Auflage- oder die Spannfläche (3a, 4a) eingefahren werden kann, um so in Bewegungsrichtung der Backen (ZZ') von einer Spannstellung (A), in der sie mindestens teilweise die andere Auflage- oder Anschlagfläche (3a) bedeckt, in eine freie Stellung hineinzugelangen, in der sie diese nicht mehr bedeckt, und umgekehrt, wobei die Einfahrvorrichtung unter der Einwirkung der Vorspannmittel durch die Bewegung der oberen Backe (4) und der unteren Auflage (3) betätigt wird.
  2. Spannvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfahreinrichtung eine Schwenkvorrichtung ist, mit der entweder die Auflage- oder die Spannfläche (3a, 4a) gegenüber der anderen der beiden Flächen um die Bewegungsachse der Backen (ZZ') verschwenkt werden kann.
  3. Spannvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorspannmittel einen Sekundärzylinder (5) umfassen, der die obere Backe (4) gegenüber der unteren Auflage (3) entlang der Bewegungsachse (ZZ') bewegt.
  4. Spannvorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung der oberen Backe (4) zwischen einem unteren Punkt (B) und einem oberen Punkt (C) erfolgt, und dass das durch die Einfahreinrichtung (DE) ermöglichte Verschwenken der oberen Backe (4) während der Bewegung derselben nach oben zum oberen Punkt (C) hin erfolgt und dass sie von einer dem unteren Punkt (B) entsprechenden Ruhestellung in eine Spannstellung (A) übergeht und umgekehrt.
  5. Spannvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfahreinrichtung eine feststehende Führungs- und Schwenkstange (6) aufweist, die eine Schraube (7) hat, welche mit einer Antriebsklaue (8a) zusammenwirken soll, um diese auf ihrem Weg entlang der Stange und ihrer Schraube um eine halbe Umdrehung zu verschwenken, wobei die Klaue Mitnahmerasten (11a, 11b) aufweist, mit denen diese mit einer einstückig mit einer Zylinderstange (9) verbundenen, teilweise die obere Backe (4) bildenden Antriebsplatte (8b) drehfest verbunden werden kann, um so bei Betätigung der Einfahreinrichtung das Verschwenken der Spannfläche (4a) der oberen Backe (4) zu bewirken.
  6. Spannvorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinderstange (9), die an ihrem oberen Ende eine die obere Backe (4) bildende Klemmbacke (10) trägt, eine Innenbohrung (12, 13) aufweist, durch deren oberen Bereich die Führungs- und Schwenkstange (6) hindurch geführt werden kann und deren unterer Bereich (13) eine Aufnahme für die Antriebsklaue (8a) bildet, deren Abmessungen so gewählt sind, dass die Klaue sich in eine eingerastete untere Stellung einfinden kann, in der ihre Mitnahmeraste (11a) mit den Mitnahmerasten (11 b) der an der Zylinderstange (9) befestigten Antriebsplatte (8b) zusammenwirken, so dass sie geschwenkt und in die obere Stellung bewegt wird, in der die Mitnahmerasten (11a, 11b) außer Eingriff sind, so dass bei der Abwärtsbewegung der Zylinderstange (9) entlang der Führungs- und Schwenkstange (6) die Klaue frei schwenkbar ist.
  7. Spannvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorspannmittel einen Hauptzylinder (14) umfassen, mit dem die untere Auflage (3) bewegt werden kann, wobei die untere Auflage (3) den Körper eines Sekundärzylinders (5) bildet, dessen Zylinderstange (9) teilweise die obere Backe (4) bildet, und dass die Einfahrvorrichtung durch die Bewegung der oberen Backe (4) unter der Einwirkung des Sekundärzylinders (5) automatisch betätigt wird.
  8. Spannvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der Klemmbacken (10, 15) der unteren Auflage (3) und der oberen Backe (4) einander derart ergänzen, dass sie zusammen ein zentrisch zur Bewegungsachse der Backen (ZZ') angeordnetes kreisförmiges Profil bilden.
  9. Spannvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der Auflagefläche (3a) der unteren Auflage (3) ein Kreissegment ist, das kleiner ist als das Kreissegment der Spannfläche (4a) der oberen Backe (4).
