Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kraftstoffzuteilern (1, 30), die einen Hohlraum (12) umfassen, der über einen Anschluss (23) mit einer Kraftstoffquelle in Verbindung steht. Mittels des Kraftstoffzuteilers (1, 30) wird eine Anzahl von Einspritzventilen (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) mit Kraftstoff versorgt. Es werden mindestens eine vormontierte Baugruppe (3, 5, 9; 22; 38) eines Einspritzventils (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) mittels einer stoffschlüssigen Verbindung (10, 11, 18, 33) während der Herstellung des Kraftstoffzuteilers (1, 30) in diesen integriert, wobei gleichzeitig eine elektrische Kontaktierung (17, 19; 27; 25, 32) der einzelnen Einspritzventile (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) erfolgt.

The invention relates to a method for producing fuel distributors (1, 30) which comprise a cavity (12) which is connected to a fuel source via a connection (23). A number of injection valves (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) are supplied with fuel by means of the fuel distributor (1, 30). At least one preassembled module (3, 5, 9; 22; 38) of an injection valve (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) is connected by means of a material connection (10, 11, 18, 33) during the manufacture of the fuel distributor (1, 30) this integrated, at the same time making electrical contact (17, 19; 27; 25, 32) of the individual injection valves (2.1, 2.2, 2.3).
