Abstract
Die Erfindung vetrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Elastomerstatoren für Exzenterschneckenpumpen, und zwar solche Statoren, die aussen einen metallischen Mantel aufweisen, der eine dem vom Elastomer umschlossenen Hohlraum zumindest im wesentlichen entsprechende Gestalt hat. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren, bei dem der Elastomermantel durch Einspritzen eines Elastomers in eine Form abgeformt wird. Zur Vereinfachung des Herstellungsverfahrens wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, das Elastomer so in die Form einzubringen, dass es lediglich mit dem Mantel in Berührung kommt, nicht jedoch mit ihm eine festhaftende Verbindung eingeht. The invention relates to a method for producing elastomer stators for eccentric screw pumps, specifically stators that have a metallic jacket on the outside, which has a shape that at least substantially corresponds to the cavity enclosed by the elastomer. The invention further relates to a method in which the elastomer jacket is molded by injecting an elastomer into a mold. To simplify the manufacturing process, it is proposed according to the invention to introduce the elastomer into the mold in such a way that it only comes into contact with the jacket, but does not form a firmly bonded connection with it.
