Claims (13)
- Procédé d'imprégnation d'un papier décoratif, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- application d'une résine et de particules résistantes à l'abrasion sur le papier décoratif ;- application de fibres et/ou de billes sur les particules résistantes à l'abrasion,caractérisé en ce les fibres et/ou les billes sont composées de polyester, polyamide ou verre.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les fibres et/ou les billes sont appliquées en étant mélangées avec une résine.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les fibres présentent une longueur moyenne d'au moins 0,5 mm, de préférence une longueur d'au moins 2 mm.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les fibres sont appliquées sous la forme d'un non-tissé.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le papier décoratif est enfin séché dans un séchoir à une température supérieure à 100 °C.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre des fibres et/ou des billes est compris entre 30 et 200 µm, le diamètre moyen des billes excédant de préférence le diamètre moyen des fibres.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le papier décoratif imprégné est fabriqué de manière à présenter une masse de matière solide de 30 à 300 g/m2.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la part de fibres dans le papier décoratif est comprise entre 5 et 100 g/m2.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le papier décoratif comporte jusqu'à 80 g/m2 de billes.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des particules de corindon ou de carbure de silicium sont projetées sur le papier décoratif, et les particules de corindon ou de carbure de silicium projetées sont ensuite réparties et/ou lissées au moyen de rouleaux.
- Papier décoratif avec, sur la face décorative, des particules d'oxyde d'aluminium et/ou des particules de carbure de silicium sur lesquelles est appliqué un non-tissé enrobé dans une résine, composé de fibres d'une longueur minimale moyenne d'au moins 0,5 mm, de préférence d'au moins 2 mm, caractérisé en ce que les fibres sont composées de polyester, polyamide ou verre.
- Plaque composée essentiellement d'un matériau à base de bois, sur une couche de papier décoratif disposée contre la face supérieure du panneau étant appliquées une résine et des particules résistantes à l'abrasion et, par-dessus, des fibres et/ou des billes, caractérisée en ce que les fibres et/ou les billes sont composées de polyester, polyamide ou verre.
- Plaque selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle les fibres présentent une longueur moyenne d'au moins 0,5 mm, de préférence d'au moins 2 mm.
